Well, not sure whether anything is happening.. But then head to Old manali or Kasol .. U`ll get the leads what u are looking for ..

I am leaving for Manali on 29th Dec... Will really appreciate it if someone could pm me some details on anything happening up there... I got some info on Old Manali and Kasol as posted by Shroomz (Thanks). Any additional info will be most welcome.
Hope all you people out there have a blast for the new years!!!
