According to Vedic scriptures this phisycal world we live on,is what Vishnu dreams on His sleep...so when we live awake or sleep in this physical world we live on a dream ,so when we dream, we dream on a dream,on Vishnu's dream,but when we woke up on the dream realised that we sleeping awake,we are out of Vishnu's sleep as we see Him dreaming in a cloud of shadows our psysical world...otherwise if we not awake we live inside this cloud of shadows that Vishnu is dreaming...
Once I woke up fastly on a quick sleep concetrated on heart observing with conciousnes in real time and space,I saw my self escaping out of a cloud of thoughts that my mind was dreaming through the astral world,for one moment I saw Vishnu dreaming in this cloud but sudently a strong sound eco(sound on the astral sometimes have a lot of ecos) lauphing(ooaahahahaha ..) ego woke me up,and I got back again fastly inside this cloud of my mind, hypnotized waken up on the physical world,back again in my physical body ...awakenings of the moment..a realization of conciousnes
...again just for one only moment I was trully awaken,but all other time sleeping deeply in the physical realm...this is the first thing to realise that we are sleepy,yes to see how deep we sleep when we live hypnotized from the matrix..
So yes a very good technique is to sleep under the beat of of ur heart,and keep in mind the thought that anythithing Iam gonna see now is a dream...
What happens in the astral field of the dream,it happens also in the physical area after...we can sight see the future or the past through the astral field,through dreams,our astral bodies keep all the story of our souls,all past lifes..

I really dont understand, why does one need to enjoy the illusions of the mind. Every vision or dream, either simple or lucid is nothing but subtle impressions in the subconscious, which is a byproduct of whatever one reads, sees, thinks n imagine.
Your self will remain attached to these visions n dreams forever, there is no development of the selfenjoying or suffering in these visions. The self has to disconnect itself from all these visions if it has to transcend to higher state of existence, and one cannot realise ones true self if it is attached to visions n illusions of mind. |

Why not bother?
Dream time is the 1/3 of our lives...
And if you have seen some weird dreams you were surely awaken with weird energy much different than other times.
Also is nice to face the fears and illusions of the subconscious mind.

Very good observation,in the 97% of what we see on a dream is ilussion,and thats because our conciousnes is only 3% awaken,only a few people like Einstain,Buddha,Jesus...managed to use more of the mind and awake more conciousnes.
What happens daily in the physical plane it happens also first in the astral plane and we see it when we dream as we sleep,the astral area is like the shadow of the physical area..
Our astral bodies are the bodies of desires,so when we fall to sleep on bed,all those desires start to mmake dreams,each thought we make creates a form on the astral field,it can be seen,and the most of these thoughts n desires or fantasies comes from the ego our psychological chaos,the ego projects images through the subsconsious mind and pass it through the astral field the time we fall asleep,and when we dream we think that all that happens is true,but when we awake we see that it wasnt,and thats because we havent got any awaken conciousnes during the time we were dreaming to keep our mind foused
When we die first of all we pass from the astral area,and if our astral body is a lunar ghost that is sleeping,and if we are so attached with our desires, we are traped there on the astral ,and reborn again,but if have our astral body clean and full of solar energy,with awaken conciousnes then we can managee to pass through the astral state awaken,escape from the matrix of the astral web,and then if we have strongh and clean and gold aitherial body, our mental body builded with meditation,then we pass to causal body that we have created also with meditation and spiritual practise work,and then set free up to the higher sefirots,..
So it is much important to awake on the psysical state and be awaken every moment, if we wanna awaken to the atsral,and if we wanna have the control on the astral ,then we can pass to the next stages,and elevate up to liberate from the physical and astral world.
Through dreams we can meet our egos face to face, and search more deep within us.
Thorugh dreams we can have contact with Higher spiritual beings ,angels,masters,gurus,and take personal instructions,through the astral and aitherial world.

What i mean is why to give importance or get attached to those impressions, self has to disconnect from these visions. Its a higher state of realisation and existence when one completely disconnects from these regions of mind, it takes time, no one can avoid these visions even when they r self realised, but a self realised soul knows the truth about these visions n transcends above the same. |

This is a quite interesting phenomena , i used to read alot about it before but not recently.Through my life i have had a couple of lucid dreaming experiences,and i would like to have many more
