Are you implying that I am not a "real vj"? What is your criteria that makes someone qualify as "real"???

I think Cortex was implying that he rates VJ Exit very highly, so don't start a bitch fight where it's not needed. Have you got this deal with psyshark? Do you not like any competition?

For what it's worth psyshark, you're best posting this on www.vjforums.com to get a better response from 'real' VJ's

Nobody's starting a fight, I was just asking. I love competition, its essential. I just don't think theres any need to try to bash on other people just because they don't seem to meet some kind of standard. And I'm not saying he is bashing but thats kind of what I got out of his statement. As if all other vj's are inferior.

And yes, he would have found me on vjforums anyway!

Nomatter how highly you think of him, i believe vj_syntax his response was justified and also didn't deserve de capitalized 'Get a grip'

Please be more thoughtfull of your words in the future, nomatter how hightly you think of others.

Squat merchant: nobody started a bitch fight. but you also make the mistake of dividing the new/beginning talent from the established by discriminating them as not-real vj's... i guess it's a matter of resecting all artists as creative people, even when they're still growing / learning.

think about it...

further posts regarding the definition of real or unreal vj's will be regarded 'off-topic' posts, if needed, you might want to start a new thread about it.

perhaps no more than a website that has a vote system incorporated into it's art gallery.
in a large and wondrous art site- the more established an artist the better known they are,
so their work is more likely to be viewed and voted for. something that will continue to
perpetuate the great divide between established artist and the exposure they gain,
and the new artist and the lack of exposure for their work which is often just as exciting
even if it's not quite as 'finished'.

i'm making my new demo coming in the end of august, i'll contact you by then if you still interested, (not wanting to be presumptuos i think its gonna worth the wait)

off topic:
syntax, i had already seen your demo in the forums, and i still think its awesome, specially the first part from drop to space... very psychedelic.. the first time i saw it the transition was so soft that my brain clicked one minute after telling me to rewind, so i could understand what was going on
i've seen the exitfx demo in the fmf dvd as well, bright colors with good color composition(as i love it) but mainly mirrored stuff.
they're not even the same style cortex, why all the fuss? one is psychedelic the other is fullon...           DeluDe on www.divinemusictribe.com

"Does anyone knows who might have any trance to sell at this drug party?"
