yes you can use the laptop keyboard to play notes .
if it suit you it s good you have to learn it, then you can pass the apple certifactions it can help to get some work |

I've never used mainstage or soundtrack. What you need is Logic 9 and the included libraries. the rest is redundant if you ask me.

there is no more version that sell at 499 if i m right,now it s 199 and mainstage and soundtrack can be bought separetly they are no more nclueded. but tbh i dont even have them installed, you just need logic at 199 it have all the sample and everyhting you need as download |

nope no experience but it may run better as you get a totally clean install with bootcamp without all the included craps that comes with assembled pcs. also mbp dont have much dpc latency even when runing windows |
