Due to illness,

Jonas from Logic Bomb is unable to make it for his live performance.

On behalf of Logic Bomb, Spiral Trax, Organix, Solstice Music, and Cheeky Devil Productions we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Tickets can be refunded at the location of purchase.
Tickets bought at Organix will be refunded on January 7th at the coat check.

Please hold on to the bottom stub of your ticket, as this can be used at a later date as either a free pass for the club (Including Special Events!) or $5 off our next big show.

We will be doing a show at Sonar still on December 29th, admission will be free, unless you'd like to donate something towards the un-refundable flights. Please note this is an option, and an option only... this is a FREE show.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and we share your dissapointment of not being able to see this amazing artists performance.

We hope that you will continueing supporting Organix and we are deeply sorry...

Sorry from...
Organix, Solstice Music, Cheeky Devil
Logic Bomb, and Spiral Trax.

We hope you can all still make it out on Wednesday...

organix.

really? sad! I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you went through.

He (Jonas) did this to us in LA a while back also....It was supossed to be a Hux Flux and Logic Bomb show, which a lot of people here in LA have been talking about for a while, yet he refused to show up, so they had to book GMS instead ....Although GMS was awesome and Hux Flux too, Hux Flux and Logic Bomb together would have created a magical evening of perfection.....I, for some reason knew in my heart when I saw this post that they wouldn't show up...Not to say, "I told you so", "I know everything" or anything like that, but their unreliability is very sad.

I believe San Francisco experienced a similar issue with them as well....And now that I am writing this, I think New York did too....Anyone else?

I know the situation and my heart goes out to him, but at the same time, he shouldn't drag hopefull promoters into his issues..... That's sad. I would say showing up 95% of the time is succesful...anything less would be unprofessional and inconsiderate, unless the promoters are told that ahead of time and still take the risk....           assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

good point j. somethings are random though, for instance joti played for you guys a bunch of time and im sure will play again, but i had a problem with him "missing" 4 flights and lost much on his midsummer priced ticket, not to mention all the equipment for the live that was never used... ofcourse joti has his own version of this story and im not here to say anything more then just that. things sometimes happen sometimes, like pop stream not coming to nyc this weekend... personal things, artists are people. i think a contract is a good idea always to minimize the damage from such events.          "On the other hand, you have different fingers."

Very true and we've had Joti come and play without a hitch and he appeared to be the coolest guy, but your experience was different. Without an open mind you may take that as an issue, but instead choose to give benefit of the doubt....Which should always be the case, but when someone shows up to less gigs than they cancel, that is disrespectful and just flat out rude, not to mention how unprofessional it is, in my opinion.....           assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

hey, does anyone remember two years ago(2003)... the c.c.c.'s solstice party?? logic bomb was still two of them, and they flaked on the last day, calling saying they wouldnt be on the plane... but things happen, artists are people, and well... that is what contracts are for... to protect both the promoter and the artist... like getting over booked... or the promoter falling through with a venue in time... things happen in this business.. all we can do is be respectful and understanding and spread the love

Bob, i couldnt agree with you more. There is a cetain profesionality involved when taking a booking.

However shit does happen, one would hope that the act however is considerate enough to give a warning that they cant make it so, that damge control can be done.

a good example of this is pop-stream. Points for those guys in giving the organizers enough time to book a replacement.

however and this is a issue i feel strongly about as i have been taken for a ride by one artist in particular.
If you have a contract, and or deposit you are obligated to fulfill it to the best of your ability and or communicate any potential problems or issues so that they can be addressed and handled. Not just sit sliently for weeks/months and then not show

Thanks man...And another thing is, if you are someone like Logic Bomb, tell me you couldn't find, or at least help to find a friend (artist) to replace them.....That's the least I would do...call friends, etc and get Vancouver a party they will love. Right? And the thing is, I am a HUGE Logic Bomb fan...I can honestly say they were the best, most trancey live act I've ever seen and my love/heart goes out to them completely. I just feel a little consideration is in order here.....

well, as one of the promoters booking pop stream... his friend tamir(atomic pulse) decided at the last minute while getting flights to nyc and san francisco to go to nye in austrialia and stay for two weeks... no phone calls, except for pop stream calling to say that tamir is sorry... now i understand tamir was booked to play there previously, but it was also understood his visa didnt clear to go...that is why he was being booked for nye and san francisco... from what i understand, his travel agent called him and told him his visa cleared to go to the aussies, and he packed up and left on the next flight out... with no warning or anything towards the nyc promoters or myself... he did this knowing he booked a flight to nyc and was arriving tomorrow... and i spent the last few days talking to him, and thought he was really cool, and a nice guy, for coming and helping pop stream out in a difficult time for him. he even told me not to worry, that it would happen... but he did a DICK thing, didnt even call me like he said he was going to... i dont care if your fomous, if you commit to someone and then a previous booking comes up, you shouldnt just cancel the DAY BEFORE THE PARTY!!!!!! at least a phone call would have been decent... but i think atomic pulse should really be very very nice the next time he comes to the states... these are the things that really dampens the scene!!! i dunno what do you guys think????

pissed off in california...

p.s. my heart goes out to nik and the TDC crew, and my prayers to yinon thanks for trying man!!!!!!

That sucks, but don't wash your laundry in places like these guys. I feel it isn't fair to everyone involved. At least wait a couple of weeks until everything can be sorted out with all the parties involved, otherwise this is nothing but vented anger, with which there is nothing wrong if done in a way that does not affect others, impossible in a public forum such as isra.
I will say again that judging by the facts, it seems as if Tamir did a really shitty thing, and he might lose some peoples' respect, but I for one don't want this forum to become a place for the airing of negative personal problems.

In this case, you are probably right; it is just that often ppl will say something negative only to come back a week or so later to say that they were rash in judging; however, the damage had already bee done by that point. Obviously, this is not a case of such a misunderstanding.
Peace to everyone and everything.           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

I don't think Ziggty420 was rash at all..That was a very f...ed up thing for Atomic Pulse to do as a professional...

If his Visa didn't go through and he was worried he wasn't going to be booked for New Years, he should have canceled his other booking and then make plans for NYC (guaranteed), but because he wanted to most lucrative payday out of the two choices, he chose to blow off NYC, which is jacked in my opinion...We are not creating negativity here...It is already there and was created by Atomic Pulse and it affected the many fans who looked forward to this show and were disapointed by his careless actions. How is that spreading Negativity?..It is spreading truth and truth is what this scene is all about.....The love was there when he offered to fill in for his alleged friend.....However that was all out the window when his careless actions ended the deal....           assumption is the mother of all fuckups.

Hey
I think there should be a forum called flakey artists - in which promoters can air their dirty laundry when they and their scene have been hurt by unprofessional talent. THe talent themselves are more then welcome to respond.
The problem is promoters are taking huge gambles, and it is only fair thay they hear others previous experience with bands.
Sure contracts help, but really, if an artisit does not show up for my party I can't afford a lawyer and all the legal bullshit involved with suing for a breach of contract.
It just pisses me off that the people who have been blessed with such opportunities can be so ingnorant and arrogant towards promoters, as well as the partiers.
