just imagine if the baloons ppl were nice good hearted ppl - everything would seem different.
but that's NOT the case - that's why buying baloons is a way of supporting those party-poopers.
And since u're saying it's illegal, the story will be different.

it's the party organizers that we have to talk with. all they need is NOT to put the nitrogen baloon in the party, and there will be no baloons.
but unfortunately, the main problem is the baloon ppl...... and we've been trying years to avoid them.....

i hate the stupid ballon'z too but
the quation now is if the ugly big monkeys that selling those balloon'z are will stop coming to party's and ruined them ?!
also pepole lsd,xtc etc are illegeal too and u still can find it...
so...
