Not. There are few psytrance and some not psytrance but other electronic jam bands out there. There is a really good band from somewhere in the south of the US but i forget their name. I read in a magazine that they are really good.
I'll tell you what i really don't like see at psytrance parties. It bothers me when i look at the DJ booth/stage and i see the DJ/DJs and than 5-6 other people behind him just talking and moving around. The same thing goes for bands.
Such bands can be either local talent that play local gigs and have a small fanbase, or huge, massive crews that tour the world and make enourmous spectacles as if it's some kind of mega-rockstar concert.
Let's keep it 1-2 people. OOOD is an exception  |

i think infected mushrooms new live set, with erez on the guitar and duvdev singing is somewhat like a trance band!!
And skazi when he has his drummer and guitarists and violinists, has a band feel.

and this other german act.. not really well known, but they include instruments and live singing..

Peaking Goddes Collective rock!
They do both chill out or more trance live act, its current members include Ajja S.F. Leu (laptop & guitar), Master Margherita (laptop & bass), DJ Gaspard (laptop & synth), Dymons (laptop & djembe) & Flooting Grooves (laptop & flute).

A Peaking Godess Collective live act must be impressive ! I hear that Dark-Soho live give quite a show with their two Ibanez guitars and live metal riffing Actually Infected Mushroom were quite good the times I saw em, it's far from psy at times (especially nowadays) but Erez improvising on his synth along with their amazing guitarist make for a pretty interesting show.
