how big does it need to be Flou? any way nice to see your taking it seriously...i have a feeling Kaz is being lazy in a typical Ozzy way  i hope Nova will turn on her honey trap.

While reading your posts, I was getting carried away, dreaming and already imaging myself smiling and being the happiest person on earth....

It doens't need to be that big, it just needs to be fertile, to have sweet water (preferably with some waterfalls....) and palm trees are quite important for the tropical feeling 
Kaz, start recruiting some babes!!
Nova, you have that task also!
We've got the farmers, the chefs, the chemics, the djs, what else do we need?  any fishermans around here?

Great idea!!! I used to dream of an empty island, big enough for not more than 20 people to live comfortably. And yes, there were "green" crops, salvia crops, shroom vaults and yes...some potatoes too
But then, how will I listen to music there? I CAN NOT live without sound! Are batteries going to last forever? Are they going to powerful enough to supply a decent stereo with enough vattz?
When other people would found out about my island they would crowd it and dwell in such numbers that life there would become intolerable...
don't want to break your dreams people. sure is a good idea. Oh and I almost forgot! Has any of your heard about TOKELAU?

in samothraki last year - there was a guy i met who kept on muttering "wayne wayne" over and over again - he was carrying a biig water gun and spraying people who were coming out of the sea! anyhow, i got talking to him, found out he was greek, and we started this petition to take over samothraki island by (good natured) force.
nearly worked as well, if it wasnt for the acid....
i am now a buddhist.

it would be nice to have all animals together as one though i already know rhinos and bulls go well together!

If you're looking to create a 24/7 party, I don't believe it will work for longer than a couple of months. If, though, it is a utopian community organized seriously, like Huxley's Island for example, I do believe it is possible, and will consider my life incomplete if I never see such a community with my own eyes. If it is the second version, you can all count me in. Are math majors needed at an agricultural self-sustaining community? I could do other things as well.
