alot of arsim bad faces, but in the morning most of the people were happy so it's cool!
great music, some problems with the sound, but they fixed it

Heya all.
location - not very far south, nice, but way too dusty (quarry. and I did suggest before to spray some water there >> s.a.). good shade and deco, nice rest area with chai shop.
People - around 300 on and off, lots of kids and not enough girls. good karahana atmosphere and smiles. no balloons (surprisingly, considering the people), though now they come in a personal spray tube (!).
music - no proggy tunes, for a (nice) change. cannot comment on L.S. dream and winter deamon. Vectro electro was good as always, not too hard on the people but kicking ass and in balance all the way. he played 3 hrs till 9:00. then came up two guys (from exploit records I think) and just bombed the dancefloor. high bpm's and high energy. cheers guys!! unluckily at this stage the police interrupted (10:00 am) because there was a stabbing during the night... bloody kids ...
all together it was a very nice party, maybe not socially but heaps of energies gone down the drain!

Am I the only one who thinks these two paragraphs contradict each other? A person got stabbed and yet you say it was "a very nice party"
Am I the only one hearing the dissonance?
This is another sad example of the direction this "scene" has taken - not only the stabbing, but also the lightness that ppl refer to it...
it used to be a trance community, I always thought of it as a community... doesn't look like that anymore.
btw, can anyone confirm this incident? organizers?
I hope it was only a rumor...

karnaf my frined, i geus u have high standarts for a good party, maybe some people think that stabing isnt much of a big story , as u said in a community an orginaizer will probably stop the party for a while or shut it down, but u know mate... different times.

and another thing , I went to sleep around 8-9 and woke up when there was noone in the party except some cops without uniforms who took the hagbara to the station , we played ourselves sleeping so they wont ask us questions ...and then one of the organizers told me someone got stabbed in the throat! thats pretty serious man , it's not "stupid kids" , it's big avaryanim who shouldn't get loose in the nature with drugs alcohol and music, these people fit clubs and these people give all the shimons bad name for trouble makers even tho not all of them are like that, most of them just want to have fun , but why the hell do i need to run away the whole party from a grown up teethless shimon damnit ?!!?
anyways goodluck with your next production and hope the police didnt make you too much trouble and that the stabbed one is ok!

someone got stabbed and it seems like ppl ok with that, like its something in "norma"
someone got stabbed and ppl continue there fun...

******* shit! someone got stabbed in the throat?! that sounds horrible! I cant belive the party running after this kind of event, its not little kids fight, a knife in the throat is dangerous! how in the hell did someone managed to get a knife in the party? werent there any "scary" guards on front?
I hope the guy that got stabbed would get back to himself, physicly and mentaly! =

I was also at this party and i have heard about the stabbing only at this moment.
from rumers, i understood that the stabbing action was made by a bottle of a beer, and not by a knife. anyway, those crazy dudes ( gurds)did a great job. really. |

all guards in the world togheder cannot find a knife unless u bring a metal ditector ... i gues the questions need to be asked is how this kind of people end up in that party, how fast did this guy got medical treatmenet, and maybe, just maybe the biggest Q is: if someone got stabed in your party, isnt itdamn good reason to call the police yourself???

ok ok ok, I see I made some fuss here.
first - ananda, sorry you right - my mistake.
second - about the stabbing.
I like the words "big community" "unity" and "we are all one". really nice words.
this stabbing took place in the parking lot, AWAY from the party itself.
it was at night, so nobody really noticed it. now, fact is there are "events" like that happening every week all around our country, yes - mainly in clubs but it can happen also in a trance party where all kinds of "dodgy" people come.
I cannot understand what reason in the world makes someone stub another person, but the fact it these things happen, casualy. like bombings, like accidents, etc. and still we go on in our little lives, trying to forget these things happen, raise our head and look forward.
there's no one to blame here specifically - not the production nor the people, that didn't know about it at all. we can only blame our selves as a society (not the trance society but the israeli society), and try to figure out the factors that lead to this violence. it is all about education and values.
who is there to blame if bad people (and it takes one hot temepered fuckhead) find their way to a party, and if the coincidence happens that they get angry at someone. I assume it was only a look, two words, some verbal violence, and poof - knives and stuff.
at the moment, what we can do as a trance community is to take measures in order to avoid people like this to come to the parties. increase security (in and out of the party), go underground, etc. now thinking, in this party I didn't see many security guys, only one at the entrance.
still, whatever we do, we will never eliminate the violence completely, which is a preety sad sentence to end my plead.
and yes, the party itself was quite a good one, if we could ignore this stabbing.
may we all stay away from trouble, and have a trouble free and happy life. meanwhile, we will be just satisfied in a good coming week.

man it's not about limit the violance,the differnt things from a club in the midle of the city and a nature party in those cases is about the medical treatment, forget the insurence issue, but if something happenes to u in a party , the orginaizer should be responsible for that, if he can handle it without stopping to party and if he cant than stop the party. if u or one of your friends where the stabed i gues u would ask those questions yourself.
btw, if there were so many guards, how come none of them was in the parkinglot???

Havent been there but most of u guys miss the whole point.
From time to time I make parties for last 3 years and there is one thing I can tell you and listen carefully since it seems there is a big misunderstanding here:
When party organizer / club / whatever it may be issues a flyer with ordered information for a party given in a certain day + lineup + tickets at the door the organizer is responsible for health of each and everyone that comes to his party. There ofcourse can be a tricky question if the guys involved didnt pay the ticket what happens, but parking lot is definitely part of the party, and not less important then the dancefloor itself since in the parking lot many cars are broken into etc..
Bottom line is when organizer starts making a party, only by issuing the flyer and going on with it he is responsible for everything that happens in the place he makes his event. Even if he brought a whole army of bouncers wont help him much if there is a trial about it. I aint no lawyer but it seems pretty logical.
Anyone thinks different than me?
