Morrison , Elvis , Hendrix , Janis Joplin , James Brown , Johnny Cash .. legends all , some of em died decades ago , other more recently , came , saw , conquered etc ..and were still listening to their tunes , talking , reading about em .. and so on ..

who among the current crop of psy trance artists do u think we* will be talking about in the same vein as those other musical legends in the years to come .. 15 - 20 years ..watever

(we* = psytrancers , not the general population of the whole world)

let me begin , i say .. nobody .. unfortunately , last weeks tunes are exactly that .. last weeks tunes (contemporary psytrance anyway) and this is the way it`l be , maby because its intended to be heard at dance parties only where most if not all the people are off their heads on various drugs and all people care is to have a good stomp ..

or maby Simon Posford , but highly unlikely .

go ahead .. wat u all think ?

legend in the end....

i dont think there will be any legends when it comes to psytrance....everything these days has come down to one's convinence(when it comes to picking muzik of one's choice) these days if you like something you hear it if not then you switch on to the next best option and furthur on...there is no margin for mistakes and when it comes to refering the underground scene well...then its even more tougher,the more you digg the lesser you want legends only to be replaced by some really talented musician who got only music to speak for em but no history....so to say and sum it up.

But yes INDEED ...SKAZI is a true legend !

hmmm .. in the end there are few legends in any music genre today because, unlike in the past, no one is absolutely original anymore.. it has all been done before in one way or another.

If u ask me there are only psytrance living legends .. infected mushroom, not that i even enjoy thier music any more, but they have pushed every boundry in every way. Simon posford for sure, and others like Dino & Astral Projection just cause they've been around forever !

Anyway, just my oppinion
