and another thing. right here is a nice little example of what we are talking about. i didn't know what that phrase meant. but i was curious. it took me all of 5 seconds to go look it up. p&s was curious too. he didn't wait for anybody to translate. he didn't complain. he went and looked it up. you asked me to tell you what it meant, while sitting in front of a computer.
this demonstrates the difference in approach that different people have and i think if you abstract this out, this can give another insight into our discussion.

Your perception is off the mark, way off.

Thank you very much... as i said i don't speak the language. Do you actually think I read the page? i just notice Roman Empire because it was blue, which is a color that reflects Perceptions dealing with Hearing sounds, voices, music and throat, they say.. I'm thinking ahead as I post... It's just like mixing/writing music...
It also explains to me why the guidelines maybe say one language.. so we have better understanding without the games..
Prediction comment for the future : Why should I have bothered to actually read it, i knew you would come back. It's called reading the crowd or in this case not the crowd..
Kindergarten was such fun....

i'm sorry, man, but there's absolutely nothing "borderline" about that.
@BZ - this should be addressed to xrust, as he's the one who started it. i just merely played along. and learned a few curious bits in the meantime. |

Let me quote the guidelines, then I will post a link as well in order to help understand bordering borderlines :
"This an international forum:
Write in English, so all can understand.
Mind your words, there maybe others from a different culture that will find them offensive."
guidelines: http://forum.isratrance.com/guideline.html
... my perception felt like there was some double talk going on.

if this is what you perceive as the kindergarden definition from the original poster then i doubt we have a lot of things to say. but just fyi, "o tempora o mores " means "other times, other moral codes",which by it self means that "things change".ourself is changing, the scene is changing, the music also.that was the very simple meaning of this (quite known) latin phrase. now,i dont know how you perceive that i am playing with your patience.nevermind.lets keep this topic pleasant

Correction, its called having an edit button.
We agree on one thing though, Kindergarten was a lot of fun. Did you ever used to look up your teacher's skirt? I used to crawl under there whenever I had the chance...ahh those were the days I tells ya!

this topic is pretty pleasant and i completely agree with what you just said. i also completely don't have a problem with you posting "o tempora o mores" which is in another language and is against the forum policy (oh noes!). like i said, i'm not that smart, i didn't know what this very famous phrase meant, so i went and looked it up.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_tempora_o_mores!
that's where i got what it means. and since it's written in the Wiki, it's the absolute truth and there absolutely positively cannot be any other meaning. then the Wiki told me to "See also." i can't disobey the mighty Wiki, so i did.
what i posted then was just a matter of "I see your Cicero and I raise you Catiline." nothing more, nothing less. whatever the wiki provided is all i had at my disposal. so i had to use it. the rest was just a bunch of misunderstandings and me typing a lot of off-topic crap that nobody should bother to read (i.e.... this!).
although seeing p&s write "Goalove and smooches" made this all worthwhile. so i regret nothing.

The edit is like ... it's an awesome tool and if used correctly, it will educate to think before you speak... If you read my posts more clearly you will see i didn't need to edit, I'm correcting the language barrier by using it. I type words only in English, correct me if I'm wrong so i can learn from my mistakes.
Maybe we should help the Kindergartners a bit and show them the emotional state the old days taught, instead of getting anoid by them, just a thought..For example, You may edit your own posts within 30 minutes after posting. Just go to the thread where the post to be edited is located and you will see an edit icon on the line under your message. Enjoy and be happy
