kaz I actualy dont know how to change my buffer size
in my sound card  how do I check it? its Echo-Mia soundcard.
And about the HDD it has 40% free space so thats not the problam.
Overclock doeasnt sound like something I want to do at the moment
cause it means I need to change my cooling system
and I think it will cost like a new processor and buying a new processor is better I think.

It doesn´t mean you need to change your current cooling, it all depends on mow much you will and can OC your cpu and what your current temperatures are. No one can say how much you can and will be able to reach when OC:ing , its all about trial and error.
