Raised in New York by Indian immigrant parents, Karsh Kale's abilities on the drums and the tabla, a traditional instrument from north India, were apparent at a very young age. Growing up, Kale had a vision of unifying the sounds and the cultures that were divided in the West. While his contemporaries view Kale as a force of nature on both tabla and drums, he is an equally innovative songwriter, producer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ.
Karsh Kale will be providing an original live score to the movie "ENTER TO THE DRAGON"
a classical BRUCE LEE's mastepiece.
So if you like ambient/experimental electronic music try to not missed it.

and prospect park is super cool
hope to see some familiar faces there.

its for just that day probably till about 10-10.30
but the bandstand area in prospect park has other concerts/shows all summer.
just google prospect park for more info

YESSSS i cant wait till i get to see KK again, its been a while and b4 he used to play at pubs and i would nvr be able to get in, now i turned 21 though! muhaha 
anywho, for ppl who dont know KK and his asian massive abilities, hes truly one of the best, do make a humble trip to come see him! his music is always awesome to listen to on the road, or for chill music at home!

seeya there trancers, do we still in the after, or the party never stops? this supouse to be like in playa, the party is'nt everyday, is all the time...

it was rocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
started off with traditional Japanese drummers! non stop madness and such high energy!
the place was packed but our group of psy trancers was def the loudest
karsh played live with his band midival pundits but what was sick was that they gave the live music score to the movie "enter the dragon" which was playing on the biggest outdoor screen in NY! it was nuts!
so u had bruce lee doing his thing and the pundits giving sound effects and music while the movie was playing. never seen anything like it, makes watching a movie so much MORE fun.
every time the music went faster the crowd just went crazy or was it just us ...
good times with good friends and one of a kind entertainment...
and the party continued in williamsburg later that night!
phewwwwwwwwwwwww nuts!
karsh is playing on august 8th and 9th at Joe's pub in Astor place if anyone is interested.
