Not only have they ripped off me & every sister label that i recommend to contact Kagdila for USA distrbution, now its appears that KAGDILA RECORDS are photocopying covers of Proper psy releases & selling CD-R versions of them ...
I cant beleive they can get away with this ... does this piss everyone off as much as it pisses me off?
I mean its one thing to rip off a person, or people, but to outrightly be infringing copyright etc & so arogantly photocopying teh cover & selling badly burnt CD-Rs... its a disgrace .... .
and furtehr disgrace ... you knwo what he said to me when i confronted him about ripping me off ?? He told me that I wasnt of his religion & that that gives him the RIGHT by word of GOD to fuck people over liek me that are not of his religion. He told me if i was of his religion he wouldnt have ripped me off ....
I can see why this may not be such a popular post on Isratrance due to this religious thing, but hey , i assume we are all open minded and caring on here .....
(kagdila religion is same as most on here)
please some body tell em that this is NOT what hebrew scripture teaches you (ie. giving you rights to fuck over others)

don't want to intrude on this...all I see is another fight here...but what I can say is that I remember a similar topic on the psynews forum a while back...it was also about kagdila records...just my 2 cents

Who is that person you talked to?
You saw a copied CD-R sold by Kagdila records?
In case you are right, what can we do?

I second that, Nomis. Someone who would do that to someone of another religion will probably do it to people of his own, too.

franny : i think posts like you just made are not seen nicely in this forum, and the reason is not what you're saying, its HOW.
if you'll calm down, and right down what happened in a normal matter, then all the people in isratrance will know this, and will know to look out for themselves when regarding kagdilla recs. ,
(which is important, a lot of artists, dealers and label managers read this stuff and need to know this, especially regarding the sales of fake CD-R)
if you keep on shouting and saying half sentences, you will be the only one misunderstood. |

Me as a part of Kagdila DJ Crew was shocked to see this post.. I dont come into the trance section much but as soon as I seen this post I told Shu-Ki about it... Because of this slander towards the record label I am part of and work with.
Detox: Im sure he said it in anger that someone is accusing...
The only thing is I havnt seen any proof in this post.. I read on psynews a long time ago about kagdila as well...
Shu-Ki I know personally and is a very nice guy. I have seen all the cds he has. So all this is most likely rumours...
