What can be done around here?

dont stop and wait at traffic lights after 10pm for 2 long (my girl had a smash&grab during day time in traffic though),, dont carry lots of cash with you,, dont wave your expensive cell phone around,,
just be a little cautious. It can be a dangerous place at times and tourists can be soft targets. you dont have to be completely paranoid, we still have some degree of law and order.
