osho is always a good read , if sometimes a bit blunt , but that was his style .. no mincing words .. ill chk jiddu krishnamurti .. never heard of him so far .. also chk other books by parmahansa yogananda and sri sri ravi shankar .. good stuff that

The OM sound I believe is by many ways rehearsable in many psy-trance tracks. In some old tracks (90's) many artists used the OOOOMMMM sound as a background I think. Anyway, mantras are in fact a way to practice with breathing. Having more oxygene in your lungs for more than 3 hours may cause an holotropic experience. Many religions have praying tactics which enforce the mentioned phenomenon.
