If anyone is wondering what's up with the contest, I recieved this email wednesday from Digital Structures:

first of all big thanks for your patience on us being so slow with the proceedings of the contest! we've had quite simply too much work and the change of world wide distribution was a big part of that.
at the bottom of this email you can find the list of the remixes we have received and which are now part of the contest ... the proceedings at this point is that a number of people will listen and give their opinion on the remixes; incl DS and Jaia; and then we shall as soon as possible let you know the result.
we've had quite a few questions regarding the remixes and mostly on how remixes that wouldn't win can be used on other projects etc ... to answer it briefly ... all rights to any remixes made of tracks belonging to a label / artist, belong to the same label / artist and if such remixes would not be chosen to be used by the label they are still the intellectual property of the label. In this case we don't mind at all if you use them for your own promotion such as featuring on website etc but we would be very grateful if you do not try to release on your own or other labels cause that kinda takes away the purpose of the contest ...
