Killer! Finally a party in Seattle! Whats the benefit of a VIP ticket as opposed to a regular one?

I was just wondering how the local (N. American) DJ's get 2 hours and Jaia only an hour??

Also, obu, did you have to buy a ticket even though you're playing the event?

I'm guessing jaia is playing a one hour live set, whereas the n.a. djs are playing... dj sets.

The Tree Tribe - The organizers are taking care of me in every way . By ticket, I meant that I received my plane ticket to Seattle.

The time slots might be a bit loopy, I got them from here:

See you guys in a couple days. Strap those dancing shoes on tightttt!

Oh good to know...

I know in New York, DJ's have had to wait in line and pay to get in to shows they're playing.... Pretty sad.... just making sure that wasn't the vibe on the better coast.

I've never heard of a dj in nyc paying to get into a show they were playing at... and I don't know about other crews, but we @ 28thday generally comp people who have played for us in the past as well. Your suggestion that djs are paying to get into shows they are playing at sounds like a nasty rumor to me.

I didn't mean to generalize that all organizers in NYC treat their DJs like this.... Perhaps the 'paying to get in' aspect for the DJ is a rumor... But I know for a fact that Surrender was waiting in line with us at a Tsunami party. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see it as reasonable from any angle when the performer has to wait for 45 mins in gloomy weather to get into a gig he's playing.

Jaia has a fantastic sound , but only 1 hour??? I mean even if its live what artists usually play is 2 hours. Give me a break , Jaia is possibly the only attraction for this party and after making it to the party i dont think one would be too happy seeing Jaia leaving the console after 1 hour. Extend his slot!
Hope this ones a banger
