sorry bobo~ come on guys hes an artist and if asked for this not to be played people need to respect this~ it doenst matter if its 3 minutes or 1 second if that goes against his wishes it s not cool..this can be applied to pretty much all life situations..a little compassion goes a long way!~

Insane, the solution for you is put 64kbit demos on your page. i don't think anyone will play such low a quality track. and it still will let the people understand the idea.

and seriously, i understand if you are pissed off but you have no one to blame except yourself.
1. never trust people over the net.
2. if you put the sample on the internet than it's free to use.
anyway, we learn out of our mistakes. take this as a lesson for life

it´s not about the people recognising the track and loosing face here, never was, never will. the point here is that someone played a mp3 clip destined to be demomaterial on a website,not even a completed track yet, and did this on a pa at a party. this has something to do with wanting ones material to be played in full resolution and in full length,not as in this case a snippet of mp3.
sure the people might not know what goes on but that is still no excuse for someone to do something like this.
integrity is the word that comes up but it seems to be a somewhat forgotten one. there is no point playing new music(half a track) just for the sake of playing it.
to the traders out there: good luck in getting any aarhus music in the future. your only options will be to buy it and support new and creative acts or to get it in mp3 off the net, which most people seem more than satisfied with anyway, suckers!

Now...im back ive been wacthing this for a while now,,,and been pasive....
and i beleave that somewhere between the lines, it got out of hand....
the aattention was never 2 harm or shout of anyone in here....some of it may have sounded as i was angry,,, and i was.. i got out of the thread becouse someone here made this werry personal,,,and NO it was not me.....so i thought "fuck it"
