Ok, so i was visiting (for some unknown reason) the Azrieli Branch of Tower Records in Tel Aviv, and naturally walked straight to the Psy stand.
And what did i see there?
Several Psy cd's with some paper glued to it and it had printed reviews from Isratrance on them.
What i spotted there was: Gadi's (Surrender) review of Sub6's album and Mike A's reviews of Full On 7 and some another CD which i don't remember right now.
It's interesting to say the least.
All the names were mentioned, and also where the review is taken from, but is it legal?
Do they suppose to pay Mike and Gadi? And where are my own reviews???

Pay them? Naaah, don't think so (although I would like to get paid for making reviews )

I don’t see any problems – unless of course they didn’t get permission.           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

Whenever you post a review on the internet - which is totally anarchistic, I'm sure everyone can use them as they please... And when they mentioned where they got them, I don't think there is a problem...

After all, we write reviews to help other people right?

From one point of view i like it, from another one i don't.
They should have been asked Mike A, Gadi or Shahar.
It's their intellectual property.
As much as them (Tower Records) insist on us buying original CD's and paying them, they should also at least inform those who wrote those lines.
Or perhaps i'm too anal?
Sorry, it's the late hour.
Anyways it was funny.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

What's the problem- why do we write the reviews for, eh?
So ppl can learn from them about the releases we like!

Anyway, the manager of the store is a good friend of mind and knows the site well, and probably thought that ppl should hear from the experts ;-)

We should be happy we got an inside person in the commercial money music world

Shahar, tell him to bring some new stuff as well.
Some new progressive albums will be cool.
Looks like they are selling only Israeli Full-on albums.
