U.P is amazing but I think many people cannot afford it to go there. It'll be convinient mainly for those who live in north and south america.
I think somewhere in europe will be good, cuz it's between Asia, America and Africa so everybody might be able to reach there.But somewhere with good and professional organizers like Germany. 
Or we can have 3 different isra parties in 3 different parts of the world, so if some people cannot afford to fly far, at least they can go for the party which is closer to them.
Let's say Brazil for North & South America
Germany for Europe and Africa
And somewhere in Asia for Asia and Australia and Middle East....mmm....lol....as cosmic roton said, How about stomping on Great Wall of China  , so chinese authorities come and shoot us all
