I didn't even know anything about this poll, otherwise I would of voted for sure. I never saw it and how could i do something what I didn't know? Well, maybe next time.
psyfactor, you call it pop trance, majority call it psy trance. You like dark noices? It's your right. I like them too, but I also like a lot more and I don't feel ashamed for liking any style.
I don't know, but I've been told, if you keep on dancing you won't grow old.

I think the music its a matter of taste.
I can't understand why you thing that dark psy its better from the other styles, what do you mean pop trance?
Trance like all the music scenes has it choises.
probably the darkpsy couple of ppl wasn't there to support it.

well if i dont like the psymelodydance music ill leave it with me))
but
i see only Hommega, all the artists or lables or VA are having the same(mainstreem)music
i dont see kindzadza for example - he does more for an other side of psytrance music
i dont see Parvati or others not morning psytrance music lables
yes ive checked the NEW Best - yes i agree with that)) of course,
but i know old psytrance lables and producers with releasing not comercial other side psytrance style NIGHT MUSIC!
and once again i meaned that in this competition for the BEST blablabla has been touched only one way of psytrance = morning progressive psytrance music.......
and i dont think thats the dark psy is the best - but in this competition - have no even a one night project
why like this?))
because Isratrance listening only "Hommega" - NONSENSE))           http://www.myspace.com/psyfactor666

The best new producer is quite far from Dark Psy.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

Yes, he's not the best new producer though.

Well, i think atropa is way darker than those chicken-shouting-farting "darpsy" tracks

I'm Israeli.

Most of the people here seem to like Israeli full-on, which in my PERSONAL taste is cheesy, low-investment, standard and banal music. This is why the results are as they are.

I don't think most everyone with a good taste in music voted in this poll. Sad to see that Ka-Sol didn't make it into any top place, that Jikkenteki didn't make it anywhere near the list, that Loud (an Israeli act, which is very far from the standard full-on and released the best Israeli album of 2006 in my PERSONAL opinion) weren't recognized at all.

I don't care that 20000 people come to see you, Domestic - way more come to see Britney Spears which you SLAGGED. Being popular with the masses doesn't mean you make good music, nor artistic music. That is the difference, like was said before, between music that'll survive and music that'll be forgotten in just a few year. I have no doubt that Jikkenteki's album is a classic that will be remembered a-la Jaia's Blue Energy, while your album will be just a passing fad (if at all).

Britney Spears will be remembered just as Tiffany from the 80's is remembered, or Dolly Parton from the 70's is remembed. By NO ONE.

We'll just have to wait for the psynews.org results to see something meaningful.

Which is of course your opinion only. I find Ka-Sol's music banal and mindless noise. BTW a few people did vote for Jikkenteki and for Loud.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
