I've seen, israeli flags, brazillian, danish, african, swedish, portugese, japanese and so on. It's not just israelis

And i dont think it creates anything tence. I like israelis at festivals. They are great fun.. Crazy nutters.. But everybody else is great too. They might just tend to be a bit more mad... haha

If the people feel like it, let them do it, if you dont like the idea you can simply not visit their parties anymore.

Only been to festivals in Germany, and I've never noticed any Israeli flags there. Lots of Israelis though

I don't really get the idea of bringing flags and blatantly advertising with your nationality. Ok, it's probably easier to get in contact with people of your own nationality, but isn't trance music meant to be universal and independent of barriers like nationality and language? It isn't the World Cup or the Olympics           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

I think that if you go on some festival on another land, it couldnt hurt bringing with you a flag of your country, that way you can attract the people of your country and you have more people you can socialize with, I think I would have probably do it aswell.. Atleast if I was on a festival on another country, I guess I would have been very happy to see a flag of Israel =)

No offence, but I dont think that it has nothing to do the fact that trance is global or whatever, It just helps some people.. Unless someone would hunt you down because of your country, and then its highly recommended to get all your buddys from your country near you =)

I would rather try to meet new people from other cultures than to stay with a big group of fellow countrymen. But hey that's just me

i really really dislike when i see a bunch of israeli guys obsessed with their flag as if it was a football match

i strongly agree with the idea that nationalities do not count and there are millions of other things that unite trancers. i dont agree that they use the flag to get other people, i think they just like showing off.

here there a lot of israeli people travelling, very nice people, but in the parties they take a lot of drugs and alcohol and jump around with their flag like if it was a rock concert of the world cup, shouting and doing stupid things, i dont like the vibe they create doing that, it has nothing to do with dancing and being one with everything.

i dont want to generalize, but most of the israeli people i met didnt care much about the anti-system ideas that trance moves. most of them are here just looking for parties and women, most of them dress and act similar to duvdev from infected!! hahah you know what i mean, those typycal hand gestures with the cigarrette between the fingers.

for me showing off a flag and behaving like that in groups is something that has nothing to do with psychedelic trance. its too much ego, too much exhibition...           Psychedelic Trance from Argentina

I personally am not a Zionist but all the Israelis I've met have been cool people. I think having your flag out is great. I like meeting new people and seeing where they're from. At Voov, I saw a Japanese flag (though I'm Chinese) but the guys were just Germans who had the flag.

I have seen all kinds of flags at german festivals.

One good reason to have one is u can easily find ur car/camping place if u have a flag. Although it doesn't need to be a flag of ur country.            Signature

in Israel i've seen in parties some groups with brazilian flag and Australian flag...i guess people do it to be recognize when they visit a country.
in Montreal (and NY,LA,Chicago,SF...) people bringing Israeli flags to Infected Mushroom show.
IMO i think its stupid, this is no world cup just like "pr0fane" said.
