+1.... psytrance knows no rules!

Keep it psychedelic, doesn't matter to me if you pitch it up or down to n%, it should sound good & have a psychedelic feel!

It's like production, you can follow some rules at first, but after you've got that down it's all about following your ears. Rules only apply if everyone is the same....           http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

Massive BPM changes can work fine if the tracks fit.

Example: I once mixed Highko v Chromatone - Double Milk Vaio into Goe v Enertopia - Jupiter beach. At least a 10 bpm change. It sounded perfect!

Sped up techtrance mixes great with night fullon or some less-crazy darkpsy as well. (e.g. Spirallianz -> Suria)

I agree ascension but few tracks will sound well at that pitch change.

True. This is where being a good dj comes into play . There's a million ways to do something different, but far less ways to do something different and still have it sound good.           http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound
