very cool dude ! it is actually 3 month i wake up every fucking 1 hour because music and melodies are playing in my mind, and then i found a solution: Write them down , do music, share this wonderful phenomena with the rest of the world. Music is only one phenomena (out of many) that indicates human evolution.... it is an integration of auditory emotional and motor preception, can u get it ???           Innovation is Evolution

I also hear bits of music all the time and I like it, mostly anyways. Mostly it's the music I hear everyday that's on my mind and I like to remember it when I'm at a place without music. But sometimes I get some popsong from the radio on my mind and that can be quite annoying indeed!

pop songs from radio... that's only a pop out memory of evoked by the spontanous activity of your brain. However, music played in your mind that is not something you have heard before is completely something else.
Why won't u all have a look at this:

I also always hear music, sometimes an amalgam of things i heard thrown together (like after a party u hear a general track going in ur head, which seems to consist of everything u heard that night ), sometimes a specific song... Sometimes it changes a lot, sometimes it hangs there all day... If it's a song i like it's good, but sometimes... Well i ask myself why my brain remembers so much bad music and then bothers me with it too!! I once walked around a whole day with 'it's not unusual' from tom jones in my head... It annoyed me so much that i still remember it to this day (and that's not even such a bad song)...

Isn't it normal to mum a tune when your bored or sitting in the train waiting for your next stop? It can't be possibly on your mind 24/7.

for the literal ans. of ur question
no... coz hearing music rather then thinking bout sex or drugs or ne other thing is one and the same thing
thoughts are nothing but ur nerve cells communicating with one another may it be consiously or unconsiously (i.e. with or without ur effort being put)

jus look at thoughts very literally they will always communnicate with u in the laugauge ur most familar or very use to with

taking the fact music too is a laugauage or a form of communication (well atleast for me) it is simply my thoughts using the laugauge of music to commuincate coz the more u like the music (language) the more my thoghts will be centred to it.

well enough of my bullshit my mind is playing
kuba - we'll learn i betta listen to it now

peace           the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!!

i really like when you get melodies in your head... when sounds from the shower or rain or computer or whatever acts as instruments...

often happens after a party after iv taken some psychedelic drugs and been up for a real long time...

yes. but sometimes music plays in my head involuntarily. does not happen all the time literally, but happens in short glimpses, at times I can 'hear' it but im not listening to it (i mean mentally)... my mind also voluntarily places tracks like 'air song'- solar fields or mos 6581 - cbl when I see open green fields, or hills! its like im suspended in time, and when I get back to my thoughtful reality, it seems like ive just woken up from a dream or something...

Ive always heard music after a party too man, its a great experience. its like a collage of sounds, some that i heard all night in that party(mostly parts of which are still playing even after leaving the party), some that are momentarily relative to the place i am in, like could be engine of a bus or car, or a fan, even a running tap.. everything somehow falls in a rythm to form some sweet music.
it surprises me sometimes!          Nothing is said that has not been said before.
