I´ve just read this message in the "Trance In Israel Forum":

yes whats happening in brazil is the most amazing thing.
it became what goa never was.
bigger and better.
but with the vibe.
so much parties, its INSANE !!!
i think we can say that brazil is the country with the biggest psy party scene of all times and in all over the world.
in the year to come i beleive i will be there.
its a must.

Is this guy out of his mind ?? Or have we gone nuts down here in Brazil ?

Wako, as much as I want to believe it's true what you are saying....well, it's not.

Maybe you're impressed by the brazilian presence here in the forum and how much noise we make (well some of us)...

But dude, the number of parties right now taking place in Brazil and in Israel is just about the same.
And Germany is by far, very very far, the place with the most parties in the world.

The thing is, here in Brazil we're still on a growth spurt.....so maybe we'll be bigger and better. But hardly now dude...           the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist....

Wako, you think we don't have our very own breed of "shimonim"?
we do brother, we do...

as I said, go check Germany dude...you'll be amazed at the sheer number of parties there.           the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist....

ppl,the force of Goa was not at number of partys but in Music evolution and Music creation. till last yers all/most of music creators were firstly come to Goa to play their music and then in the rest of world.
only there u was able to hear things that u will hear in other place after half year. the point was Respect and Community. ppl from all the world came to "seasons" in Goa and got label partys around a clock.
every new artist was firstly come to Goa to provide his music (it was pretty easy to find place at stage becoze high number of partys) and then send demo cassete to labels.
thats a point and force of Goa.

Nothing and Never will be like Goa for real Trancer. But from the other view i haved BIG fun at international Raves that from the DanceFloor side and production side much more better.

Goa was the Mecca of the trance world - you HAD to be there. It was more than the parties, but it was also more than the vibe - it was the center of the trance world, in every way.

This doesn't exist anymore. Huge festivals spread all around the world, many different vibes for many different parts of the world - there is no more ONE ideal. Those days have passed. Maybe it's for the better - I know that I'm very happy with the fact that the north of Israel is on the same level as a party place as any other in the world. And the massive festivals are closer now           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222

Going back to the point, Brasil's trance scene is still growing and for sure it will b big, considering that we have 4 times more ppl than germany, its all a matter of time

we have 4 times more ppl than germany, but i'm sure that the number of ppl from germany that have financial conditions to go to a party are 20x more than the number of ppl that can do it here in Brazil... unfortunatelly..

SORRY Luiz my friend, but u are wrong!
Brazilian Scene is 1000 bigger than in Germany!!! In Germany u have killer festivals for sure, but u dont have daily psy club parties every single day in the week like in Sao Paulo, and only a few cities there has weekly psy club parties like Hamburg, Koln and Munchen. The thing is that they have more organizers, producers, labels than we do so it looks like bigger but its not!! At all..
Another thing:
Go to a High School in a big German city and ask the teens if they know what Psy trance is...Im sure 1 out of 5 will know, do the same here in Sao Paulo or Rio Im sure 4 out of 5 will know what u are talking about.
