it's a great track (imo) i don't know what you are talking about,
This sounds nothing like Simon,
if the lead melody has any influences it's from 80's synthmusic.           http://www.facebook.com/pages/Ace-Ventura/6139679270

Meo-Geo, remember that infected worked extensively with simon posford on their latest release, BPMpire, so if they took on to some of simon's working habbits and sounds, i think it's all the better.
besides that, i agree with hanky, it's a great track, and has nothing similar to simon. it's Infected, and i think that since Psycho they have already defined their style. i can hear an infected track today without hearing it before and say: "now that's an infected", without being told. for me, it's a good thing           "We Do Not Allways See Things As They Are. WHAT?? many new artist do take different kinds of samples from infected and mix them in their work, in one way or another.
Infected influenced and still do many new artists, who try to grasp some of the style.           TOO WIERD TO LIVE, WAY TO RARE TO DIE!

I think Infected's new sound is missing something. Like the Live @ Brotherhood beach set. Well the magic just isn't there. But I loved the B.P empire sound..           "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

Really? I didn't know this. What did Posford contribute? Sounds or just advice? I haven't heard the track that's the subject of this thread, but most of the trance Infected have written lately has been better than the trance I've heard that Posford's been wholly or partly responsible for.
"I See Myself" is a bit of a funny one though - anyone seen a dancefloor go off to this? I haven't heard it at any parties yet. The singing goes on for too long with no beat IMO, great voice, just seems a little cheesey. Maybe later in the morning it would sound nice.
