Astral Projection will be here August 3rd -> !
That's gonna be pretty killer also. I liked the flow into Infected's DJ set also. Brought the level up enough to lead right into them and they were able to take it away like the headliner is supposed to. Fun Fun Fun.

hey man...i understand u guys trying to organize psy events even though there is not much of a following in the area...but all i have to say is...dont u guys know anyone besides infected and astral who produce psy?? I DO!! sick of IM coming to miami over and over and again and again...i think there are much better class acts than these people. personally i think infected used to be great in their glory days...but they are the biggest sellouts...there last few albums have been closer to tiesto style than psycho in any sense of the word. thank god im not in miami right now...enjoying some real psy back in india.

I think there is some reason in all opinions in this thread. Of course there are some who have been initiated a long time ago and some who are seing part of the experience, but they do not understand the whole of it, yet.
I can see the scene in FL fragmenting in the future. One scene will be massified and capitalized and the other will be more altruistic and underground. There is no doubt about this.
In psy trance almost everyone has a different interpretation of the ritual. Some considered another event where the music played is a new style of club music. It is more of a metropolitan perspective. Others seek the uniqueness of the underground music to reflect an individual and unique personality... And the last group consider this experience as a rite of passage and a gate to enlightment through the trance dance experience... Achieving deep meditative states with the combination of psychedelics and this music.
I love the last group and that is the reason I love this type of music. Through it I have build friendships for life and I have been able to travel, become open minded and more spiritual. I do this out of love for the ppl who attend the events as I try to provide not only my friendship, but a beautiful celebration to give thanks we are able to enjoy this conscious experience in this planet.
With that said, there are artists who are in this scene for different reasons and a different stages of their career, who appeal to different crowds with different levels of understanding. Some ppl react agressively when they see something they love becoming a commodity without much soul.
IMHO instead of so much negatives, we should work in our own direction and develop our own dreams

I do also. Now it is a matter of organizing it. I ususally play as much underground night time music I can get my hands on. I have seen you in Fla for 2 years and so far I just heard a lot of blah blah from you.
But, IMHO if suddenly we have 1300 heads inspired and 200 of those want to see how deep the rabbit whole can go... then I can start about getting some of my good friends coming to South Fla. It is the spark that will ignite it all. And I am thankful some ppl took the time and money to do it.
So lets turn the -ves into +ves. |

About the lineup... I think it was not build right since there was the issue with the live performance. I do believe the house should have been @ the early evening and then all trance all night. But, this one is the past. |

Also, Astral will play on a Wednesday For all of you who want to go and want to get ready ahead of time. Also, the party will not be only psy trance. There will be Drum and bass, and other styles of music.
I am not organizing any of these events But I have helped with deco and playing in the last two events.
