I think the brainlizzard or have a big lizzard on his head and no brain or he leaves on saturn.If you don't know what is happening in La you got to keep your mouth shot.Our nice city has one of the freshest and finest scene ;well comente all over the world.Is to bad you still didn't find us but ... lets keep this way.now go wash the big lizzard than leaves on your brain.peace |

WOW ! you southern cali kidds just seem to not take the truth well . my statement didn't say a thing about your chessy scene , only towards Infected mushroom in Lost Angels (hehehe). it doesn't take a brainLizzard to know L.A. is the armpit of the USA . maybe you should move south somewhere between SAN JUAN CAPISTRNO and SAN DIEGO or north towards SAN FRANCISCO to feel california's psytrance

You are so far off. "LA Psytrance" promoters had nothing to do with that party. I didn't even go.....Where are you from anyway? Not LA for sure. Or you at least have never been to a Los Angeles Psy party, right?
WRONG
Infected has become commercial and they and their promoters/record label were behind that event.
Aside from their label being in Beverly Hills, and Duvdev being a Laker fan, Infected is from Israel. So, again, is it LA that made it commercial? YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE BIG PICTURE OF L.A. HISTORY
Besides, your comment/thought process is very mainstream and uninformed. So not "Trance" like. Who was commercial again?

I speak for myself when I speak to you and just for the record I was agreeing with your statement that the party was commercial. I was simply asking if you made that statement to attack the LA scene or were you just pointing out the obvious on that one particular party.
Since you have made it clear that you think our scene is cheesy I guess I wont ask!
I will only tell you to get off of your cloud. This California scene you speak of does not revolve around your ideas. And you are not the center of the universe either..sorry to break that to you. Unfortunately it is people like you who will keep the contributions of AMERICA's psytrance community in the armpit of the GLOBAL SCENE, not just your scene and mine but all of the USA. I hope you lighten up for evreyone's sake.
I also hope that your not spreading that BULLSHIT wherever you live! If you want to bash on our scene do it in your mind and act like a person with a little bit of manners! brainlizard, the mainstream party that infected did at Avalon is _nothing_ compared to what the rest of the world is doing.
The commecialization of psytrance is not starting in LA and will not happen from LA. (even if IM live here). Try Japan. or Israel.

And if you meant Cheesy as in small and personal, wouldn't that be the opposite of commercial? Wouldn't that be tight knit and family like? Isn't that what trance is all about?
I won't comment on San Fran and San Diego as I have much respect for our "Family" members from there and have nothing but love for what they do....Last I checked, we weren't trying to compete with them anyway, but rather trying to represent the true meaning of trance the best way we can, locally.....If you think that's cheesy, then hey what can I say? everyone is entitled to their opinion, whether informed or not.

Also, on your side, I agree that LA has many superficial people, but to consider our trance scene as such simply because of our geographical location is judgemental and uninformed......Besides, most of us are from the Valley anyway....

Plus saying, typical LA to make everything so commercial is saying that the scene here and the people associated with it are commercial bound.....Assumptions? where?
