well...that was a nice one..
location:
a nice spot under the trees between green fields. not 2 hard drive and a nice parking space.
crowd:
god knows ive been 2 some "hard" parties in that area and i usually not going 2 parties in that area anymore.but in that one it was diffrent. many good ppl lots of good friends and ppl i didnt saw 4 a long time about 300 ppl al together i guess.and yes some bad faces here and there.what to do?
sound&deco:
deco was real nice,a big shade 2 cover the dancefloor and a big shady chill area.
sound was also phat and clear good job dan.
music:
well, i only had the chance to hear half of time lock and a little of goblin's set and 2 tell u the truth it was more than enough for me,i guess it's just not my style...but i still don't understand why so much noize??
all in all i had some good time with good friend's.
ilan katz ronen and yosi,u doing good,keep it up.

i arrived at this party at around 2:30.
i was pretty pissed at first to find out that we weren't allowed to bring our water inside. and i wasn't pissed for no reason, the guy i spoke with over the phone told me there were no fences around the party place, but still there were.
buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, that was more or less all the bad i can say here. the security was tight as it should be (regarding knives and such) and we parked our tent just near a security guard, which was great cause the guy actually stopped two friends of mine who came later from going in the tent because they weren't us. great guy that security dude.
the music was okay, i was digging for a long time with goblin, but i don't like all those dance tracks and those 80's remixes, it's time to stop doing that, it was fun for a couple of tracks but come on!
other than that the only thing i can mention is that there were quite a few cute girls, problem is, i feel like i'm old, most of them were around 19. all in all, i had lots of fun, dug away the energies i had pent up for a month now and had some friends with me there which i haven't been to a party with for ages. keep it up party organisers (but let me take my water in please  )

was a great party....5 min' from my house in talmey elaazar... i arrived with my car somthing like 3 am....my perents told me in the morning that they have a bad time in bed in the night because the muzic..anyway i saw a lot of pretty girls digging on the danceflore....i didnt like the baloon style...2 = 20??! thats was really expensive...but good satla lapanim...keep like that man..

Damn, a good good party it was!
Lovely pepople bouncing around, good atmosphere and vibe, big Pekan trees surounding and wide open view behind them. who the fuck need drugs?
Arrival: on presale I got very nice response and care from the organizers, adressing me from one to the other, and phoned me back to ask if I am sorted! what a treat! good thing giving directions from the gas station and not directly on the phone.
Location: not too far, not too dirty, good parking. not a GAN ERUIM at all - the fences were temporary ones - not really threatening anyone, you could step over them easily, and they were not in view. actually it was a nice grove of pekan trees, big wide and scattered. outside empty fields with a long long view to the horizon.
behind the D.J. stand big hay stacks were put in a half circle structure, probably to 'gather' the suond toward the crowd. It also created a nice 'sallon' atmosphere. a big chillout zone and bar.
so it was in (the trees) - and out (the fields).
Good security - big russians that freak you out when you're on dope, scaring all the ARSIM away and keeping the balloons outside. good thing they didn't go in patrolling, would have scared the people...
Decoration - Invested, indian style. hanging from the shade and trees, sticking from the ground, spread on the hay stacks...
People - I felt back in India for some moments. girls with 'tika' and longies, rasta guys with tattoos. wonderfull mixed crowd. very friendly and inviting atmosphere, that keeps you stay and stay... so what if they were a few ugly faces? they don't do trouble - they're welcome. myself, I don't pretend to be Dudi Balsar..!
Music - arrived 4:30, first DJ was ok for a starter, very melodic and happy tunes. and then Goblin came up. Goblin's set was crazy! fluent and strong! couldn't stop myself even for a drink, everyone was flying around.
the other Dj's I don't know, but they were also good, kicking our ass trek after trek. the music was stopped without notice at 10:30. why like this?
oh yeah, big thumbs up for the three guys with the drums, giving good company to the rhythm and kept us moving after the music stopped .
came back all aching but with such an energy relief for a new week!
Or, Yossi, captain catz, cheers for a great great party.
P.S. If anyone would have told me to keep my water out, I would have just stay on the main road and block the entrance. there is no law against carrying my own water into the party, only if it is in a closed space. besides, its cooling water for the engine! you can call the police.

How do u guys expect people to go on making parties if u want to keep bringing your water in the party?
Usually the only way not to lose money at a party is because of the bar!

me and my dog drank about 4 X 1.5 litre bottles of water during this party. now go figure out the cost for that in the bar. sorry mate, i'll stick to buyin beer and chai in the bar, but will bring my own water. let's do some mathematics-
worst case income:
300 ppl X 60Nis (presale cost!) = 18,000Nis.
submit:
3,000 for security.
3,000 for D.J's.
2,000 for deco and sound.
and you've got 10,000Nis left for...who? - 5 organizers, plus 2-3 helpers? that's 1,250Nis per person.
and this is considering all tickets are sold on presale and excluding bar profits. correct me if I'm wrong.
BTW, 30yrs is preety grown up I believe, kiddow.

the organizers lost money in this party i know for a fact!

Get a life and start appreciating what people do for u!
the risk is not a factor in your opinion people need to risk getting arrested for u just so u can bring your free water...

but if u have the connections to get 3 sets of mayers plus a 32kw generator and deco for 2000 nis a private land 4free and 15 security guards for 3000 nis u should start making parties...trust me u will make shit loads of money.

ok, I fold back my calculations, I have never thrown such a production myself. that's why I said correct me if I'm wrong.
You can double the amount by 2, that'll be 16,000. let's try it:
1. 15 security guys X 400 = 6,000nis.
2. place rental = 3,000 (I'm being generous here)
3. deco - 1000.
4. sound - 3000 (again, I'm throwing big numbers)
5. ballas of straw - 500 for the tractor guy. they didn't buy the 'ballas' in the balla store, I'm sure.
6. sms people - 1000.
7. flyers - 1000.
8. 4 workers at the bar, chaishop etc - 2,000.
9. did I miss anything? maybe electricity cost for sending emails?
all together we have 17,500 without the DJ's.
I am not sure how to treat the latter, considering Danko's words;
3000Nis for an israeli Dj? if that's true we should all convert to being DJ's ha ha. I cannot put it in my calculations till I see a receit.
besides - how come other parties host Dj's from abroad, flight, accomodation and all, and still charge around 70 presale? do they all count on profits from selling water?
so, we arrived (hardly) to 20 grand nis, when this is easily covered up by ticket selling.
I will make some further checking on the subject, or you can throw some real numbers not just declarations in the air.

Djs from outside cost up to 2000 euros including all and sometimes much more than that
What about generator? u missed alot. Dont quit your day job bro. Give me the number of the sound and light guy for 3000 lol
and yes people do count on selling water otherwise cannot cover expenses
Go to India to lesson 1 and see how they cover the parties

meanwhile, I prefer to pay a bit more on tickets than buying 6 liters of water.
and you can agree that no one has the right to force me dump my water, unless it's an inclosed party.

Sorry mate, was enjoying the party so much I couldn't force my self to grab my camera. maybe someone else... there were a few PPL with cameras, so lets hope they'll share it with us.
BTW, in reference to this link, I can definitely see this subject is very in dispute and loaded, mainly between organizers and so called 'customers'.

it was a really good party couse the ppl that made it really wanted it to have a good vibe
the loction was amazing the ppl were mixed but the most of them were nice smailing faces
it was a tip top production and im so sorry i coldnt stay more
