Yes, I was there. Impressive, ain't it?

Location the Sakaya bar by the sea, in Jaffa (or is it right on the border of Jaffa and Tel Aviv? hmmm... dilemma...). The place is an ok place, very easy going and relaxed.

Music Trance.

Sound surprisingly, the sound was nice to my ears. It was round and somewhat damp, and didn't bother my lately-sensitive ears. Could be it was too fluffed to have the sounds that annoy me, don't know. for me it was nice.

People now that was entertainment. I love people watching, and got a lot of that there - there were the over-dressed girls (well, over-fashionably-under-dressed ), there were the India-wannabes, India has-beens, DJ groupies, spliff scavengers, show offs, wanna-be-seens, etc. I just stood there on the side, drank my beer, watched people and enjoyed that.

All in all, was nice and had fun.
Cheers.           Please REMOVE my cellphone number from any SMS spam list you may have. Thanks.

karnaf my dear bro,
by reading what you said, i think you're little judgmental about ppl in the trance calture..
could be becouse you have a lot of sense of humor or you just got used to divide ppl to groups,
well i think it's just ppl, easy-going ppl that are coming to hear good music and by the way to see others..

take life easy, your sense of humor is really funny

cheers to moksha for opening the summer-urban sesone!

Glad it was nice for you and happy that you got out from home...

Last thursday @ Maxim and this monday @ Sakaya, I had a big pleasure to perform and see how much Israeli crowd became open minded and accepting the change and the unpredicted. How you guys became people that let the artist to finish his "thing" and not dismiss his taste after one track not to your liking.

I been playing around for 10 years almost non stop in Israel, and for me this is heart warming to see, that Israeli crowd is outstanding crowd not only in terms of Full On and Dark trance but also in terms of Progressive, Techno and Electro and all the other hybrids that are less catchy to the ear maybe and need to struggle a little to get inside.

Also I am very thankful for the rare occasion to play almost 4 hours that I got in Sakaya, and see the light of morning @ Monday and find out the ppl in Tel Aviv basically don't work in tuesdays, otherwise I can't explain the fact I was still DJing after 5:00 AM hehe

Thanks a lot and see you soon           http://perfectlystrange.com

nice sakaya just as last year
with better sound
and nice VJ! have more!
beers , chix , urban culture as usual
way too crowded start chrge for entrance hehe

for the music . it was sakaya standart vibe , with some new choonz from mostly same producers as last year.. i like it for monday's .. booty shaking is good for times peaple not on acid or after they turn 24 + -

abviously special to me was "back to mad", i know its me and not 95% of the "usual" crowd there , but when advertise texas faggott u can expect some texas faggott fans
well , this time maybe not only me unless u missed the screams and hands in the air when it was playing..

was good to be back there , thanx moksha for pleasent week with 2 great events! surpirse none was at weekend hehe..

p/s - great place , love the ocean smell

p/s 2 - evrybody dance now ??? wtf ? it didnt even sound like remix hahah , still was (weird) fun

now thats one massive review for monday and also for someone been there for 2-3 hours           www.sattelbattle.com

I really wanted to go but i was afraid it will be too crowded, first official party @sakaya this summer and all, from the reviews i still don't know how it was... (was good that's for sure)
Gonna be there this summer for sure, very nice location and good atmosphere...
only 2 things to say
1- i prefer to pay money at entrance and come early if it will limit the number of people inside the place. (had some bad experiences there last summer)
2- now i wonder what group i belong to after karnafs' review... need to choose my clothes carefully when i go there
