I believe it shoube be encouraged to talk about politics. What are you afraid of ?? Mosad? or is it what you did back in the army days and you want to forget?? out of sight out of mind? That is sooo american way of thinking! well done guys.It is really really sad, the world is not changing to a better place with rules like that...

I believe that the people who have truly involved in the psychedelic scene have put it in their daily-common life for sure.
That's why they want to express their opinions and ideas about everything in life.
And they must express them because even if some people don't believe it the psychedelic scene is here to stay and has an aspect for everything.
Because the psychedelic scene is now our way of thinking and our way of living!
Don't be afraid to let the psy-revolution to pass to the next level:
We want to hear about politics and relegions and everything that exists in the world from people who have the same point of view.
The psychedelic does not need protection to exist and especialy it doesn't need cages , barries and a ton of rules...
For e.x. : Why we shouldn't know or talk about a politician who have done a big effort for the freedom of art or expression? Why not to vote him for president?
You see that many times the people in this forum are very sensitive about ecology, peace, love, freedom.
You thing that this principes don't occur the politic science?
And lets not forget that a music forum and the people who are involved in music and art generaly usually have a higher mental state than other groups and usualy they are some kind of sophists!
They need to express theirselves.
Their expression as long as it comes for psy people is always related with the psy scene and it is always relevant!
Let free the psy-expression to expand!
May be it is the future!
May be it is the solution to our problems!
You never know!

it has being said many times,here is one more time:this forum does not support politics because 98% of those discussions are driven to fights,offtopic posts and in general a big mess.same thing with religion.
this is a music forum,those who made it and struggled for its existence till now had (and still have) an image in their minds,in which image political discussions do not fit.
now the very first day that everybody registers in theis forum reads the guidelives.so what is the point trying to change the forum??try make one yours,or try other forums/blogs.sites that encouraging political discussions.
ISRATRANCE made it to be maybe the biggest forum in psytrance music by following the rules all those years....changing those rules now will only harm(my humble opinion)

Before signing up in this forum you are obliged to read the guidelines,if you accept them then you are free to start posting in here,if you dont like them and are not willing to accept them then you are not supposed to sign up in this place.
Its like smoking actually,when you buy a pack of cigarettes it says on it with big letters that smoking causes cancer and a million other problems to your health,you are free to decide if you want to smoke it or not,if you decide that you dont want to die from lung cancer then you wont smoke that pack,if you dont care about your health so much then you will smoke that pack on your own risk and responsibility but when you get lung cancer after 10-20 years dont start blaming the government,cigarette companies,god,aliens,bad luck or skazi because you were warned so now you can just shut the fuck up and die as a result of your own actions.
Same with the forum,if you dont like the rules dont register,if you register dont come into topics and complain about the forum rules because you were warned and you accepted the terms.
This is a private forum and not a public one just in case some people dont already know that.
Oh and ofcourse welcome dragster

Dont use words that you dont know their meaning Jedi.
There is no such a thing as an Elite Group with 5000 users from 72 countries and being an isratrance member is not considered as a special privilege or something and ofcourse everybody is free to sign up as long as he aggrees with the forum rules.
Elite groups choose their members because thats actually the meaning of the word itself meaning TO ELECT,in this forum everyone is free to participate like you for example that you dont aggree with many guidelines but you are still here posting.
This is an open privately owned forum like 99,99% of the forums on the internet.
If you dont like this place then you are free to create your own with your own rules.

I love IsraTrance and the only cause i am suggesting some things is because i respect all the people who created it and i believe that they are realy open minded!
Anyway as i said before because of you and some other users behavior i am drawing away from this forum. 
Not because of the moderators who are actually very polite and noble!

Jedi you know all that already but you still complain about things which you aggreed when you entered this place.You remind me of all those people in various countries that are in need of money,they visit banks and apply for a loan,the get accepted and they sign the papers,they get the money and when its time to pay those money back they complain about the banks high interest rates of which they were informed when they signed their loan contracts.The problem is not the bank but the guy who took the loan and likewise the problem here is not the forum or its moderators or its guidelines but some users who want to be part of this forum but still want to apply their own rules and bend the guidelines.
About my behaviour i think that i am very polite in my words and i just express my opinion,i act the same in around 10 forums and i never got banned from anywhere so i guess there is nothing wrong with my behaviour and way of talking to other people.
And since you asked yes i am a moderator in this forum and actually i have been a moderator in this forum for many many years in various sections (Greece and Top10 in the past and Games and Books at present) not that this means anything but i just wanted to answer your question.Being a moderator ofcourse doesnt allow me to tell you what to do,i just express my opinion as a simple user and you got the right to ignore me or answer back to me,since you answer back to me then i guess you dont want to ignore me because my opinion means something to you.
You are welcome to suggest anything you like but i dont see you suggesting things when you use words like "must" in your posts.
AND TO FINISH with this discussion you ask the forum moderators why people cant speak about politics,religion and such subjects.The answer is very simple my friend.When people speak about subjects like politics and religion then 99% of the times fights break up because there are always people with extreme opinions who will heat up the conversation and unfortunately this heat will move from those politics/religion topics to the rest of the forum.
Also you must always remember that this is a TRANCE MUSIC FORUM not a general open forum where everyone can discuss whatever he likes,if the creators of this site wanted to make a general forum then this place wouldnt be named ISRATRANCE but something else.People come here to talk about trance music and the fact that some offtopics sections exist for the last year is because there was a high demand for them,the moderators of this site felt that something new was needed and because they are "safe" sections where people wont fight because someone likes a book and someone else doesnt like it or because one prefers Al Pacino than Robert Deniro.With politics and religion things are very different and fragile especially when there are people from at least 72 countries in this place.
I would love to speak about religion and politics with some of the users in this forum but this is a music forum so when i need to speak about politics and religion i visit other places where i am allowed to raise such issues.
You are not the only one who cares about these issues you know,but you are one of the few that dont understand that this place has a different purpose than the one you would like it to have

how cool the basic rules here are.Makes more comfortable to visit this side with rules of respect in anyway! Arrogance is an obstacle to free your synapsis and a music side is much better with atleast a bit of harmony between the users.In this case with so many coutries and its habits it should be concluded to even discuss bout politics or religion.This is the best side I ever saw on the net for me,Im so glad to have the posiblity to learn from all you expirienced producers.Respect |
