I heard that Eternal's party this weekend was very good 
but a friend of mine told me that he arrived to neraida at 8:00 and he had problem at the entrance...f'r'ee
They asked him,also his friend,30e each!?!
allthought the party was about to end.
So I ask myself and wonder
A real trancer that can't affort the ticket price
Can't he join the others 
and taste the sweet party
even for the last hour?
Money is all it is out there?

i think the party ended after 10.30...i ve done this before as well my friend....but to tell you the truth I am a little fed up with all these people arriving at 6 or 6.30 and stay outside and wait to get after 7 to enter for free! |

Well... I also do not like the situation about "certain" ppl that just wait for the end of the party to go to... But considering ppl IMO who for some reason don't make it to the party earlier (money or not) to give 30 euro for a 2hour dj set is way over too much...
Especially if we are talking about ppl who attend parties often...
If the Eternal Motion policy tends towards this... It's their business to do so... And it's ppl's right to decide not to enter giving the amount wanted... or to attend their parties or... or... or...
As for me it really doesn't count as attending a party if you arrive that late... If you like it, you'll just feel sorry you didn't make it earlier... 
I missed the party, really sorry but things went absolutely wrong that night... And wanted to listen to Vibrasphere Live so much!! And Andromeda of course...
Anyways... as it seems it was a good event... Thumbs up for Eternal Motion one more time and all those who attributed by playing music or dancing (even if the dj playing is greek -you know what i mean...)

I am sorry but you dont pay a cheaper price for a drink at a Bar just because the Bar is closing soon. It's amazing to see how many people that expect things to be free or very cheap these days (dont get me started on the whole issue of stealing music and the butter away from the artists). All i see are spoiled kids that should try and go out and make their own living instead of staying home with Mom and Dad until they are 30.
Then they might get the idea of "The value of Money" |

We are paying every one...from the toilet cleaner to the last artist ALWAYS.
Some ppl can not understand how xpensive all this double stage situation has become
You are right that most of the ppl are stealing the music from the artists (internet, record stores with copy cds, etc )and actually the only good way to earn some money are parties.
Where unfortunately plenty of ppl are always trying to enter for free by tricky ways the whole night.And i mean plenty of ppl.
Anyway most of them are supporting us and they realise the effort we are puting on this |

Well, another idea in order to keep everyone satisfied is to charge a lower amount of money for entrance fee.
Lets say from a specific time and then...
In this way, orginizers will keep 'receiving' the fees, the ones that came from the begining will not be mad because of the ppl that joined the parties on morning hours and got in for free, and finally the ppl that join the party at those hours will not get the full amount like the ones that paid and saw 5 acts for example...
lets say the entrance fee is 20 euros, from a specific time and then (morning hours) in can be 8-10.

After 'main part' of the night and with a couple of hours left we allow ppl to enter with lower price ticket...
Hey...evrybody has to contribute and this way is fair for all!!

I think Cyprus is one step ahead one more time...
As for the "Value of Money" it depends on how you value money as it is...
For me it is "wicked necessity"... And it derives from the fact I'm around 30 living with my parents (at least nearby them because I care about them too much!)
You don't have to turn this towards everyone, just because trance majority is thought to be rich-parented or not, unemployed, young and... resteless!!! 
Personally I don't believe there are many blindfolded ppl in this community believing that life is like the TV shows (promises) or expecting mana frm heaven!!! No purpose on arguing, just commenting that if this is all you see, open ur eyes HandA and smile more often...
Off topic for sure if you knew that tripy_movec is studying and working his way through life...
And now I have nothing more to add... lol!(is this me or my other self talking?) than to agree with Psyprus and CHP.
Not side effects are to be considered towards the event, if the ticket price "fell" around 6.30 - 7.00. I would be at least better than to pay the whole amount and ppl who were elsewhere (parenthesis: like a closing bar that don't informs the customer that is closing and is putting the hand in customer's pocket for a ten minute drink) before this time , won't have to think twice to go or not!!!
For no "candies" are as sweet as the ones that are sweet and payed for... -like the genuine cds in your music library- and tendency to wanting or constant pursuing of free entrance is not 'magkia', is just an attitude... you "take it... or leave it" if u get what i mean...
And now -really- I have nothing more to add...

Not to mention that after 7am-8am most parties dont charge nothing to anyone who wants to enter the event.Most events end at 10am just for your info.
Plus i can remember other policies that i used to implement many times at my events like 'in 5 people the 4 pay a ticket and one gets for free' which was helpfull and nice for groups of friends,also some lady nights when all the girls of the party entered for free (most of them were getting inside for free anyway so i dont know if that was helpfull LOL) and last but not least i used to remember faces that came often to my events and to whom i gave my phone number and asked them to call me for guest list in our next event in recognition of their support.

what u practice out there in greece is just about perfect
and i guess it should be followed world over...its pretty neat tht way coz i have seen a lot of people entring really late jes so that the entrance fee is waived off...
