PRESALE ROUNDS
First Round of Presales (01 March-01 May 2011) Online tickets: 40e / COMPLETED
Second Round of Presales (02 May-01 June 2011) Online tickets: 50 euro (plus 1 euro booking fee)
On the Festival entrance and on the designated retail points tickets will cost 60 euro
BUY TICKETS ONLINE
BUY SINGLE PERSON Tickets via Moneybookers and pay via Credit / Debit Card
Follow the link below to buy for one single presale ticket online with MoneyBookers
Alternatively to PAY SINGLE or GROUP TICKETS and pay via Bank Deposit (in a Greek Bank Account / Eurobank) email us on hybriduv.gr@gmail.com and include your name and number of tickets required. Once your request is received we will give you a unique reference used on the money deposit / transfer
Within 48 hrs of receipt of payment you will receive your electronic tickets confirmation via email!
DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Kids under 3yrs old go free, kids 3-15yrs old pay 50% of the original price and kids over 15yrs old pay full price. Kids tickets cannot be issued individually and need to link to an adult ticket .
Unacompanied children will not be allowed entry
Discount for larger groups: 1/6 Free Tickets when booking advance as a group
Discount 10% on entry for people holding passports of the following countries: Bulgaria, Albania, FYROM, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania
FESTIVAL BUS RESERVTIONS
Following the success of the Festival Bus last year we are offering again transport in fully AC and brand new buses straight to the Festival location from Athens (7hrs travel) and Thessaloniki (2 hrs travel)
Reservation for travel can only be booked in Advance and we cannot guarantee places for people without advance reservation!
Payment can be done in advance by bank deposit to Greek bank account (Eurobank) or online via Moneybookers
Athens - Meeting point: Syntagma Square (McDonalds)
Departure from Athens 08/07 at 06:30am.
Departure from the festival venue on 11/07-17:00pm - Arriving Athens (syntagma Square) 12/07-00:00am.
Price is expected to be 80 euro return / 50 euro one way (Athens)
**Exact times will be confirmed on the reservation emails
Thessaloniki - Meeting point: Macedonia International Airport (Arrivals)
Departure from the Airport 08/07 -12:00pm. Departure from Thessaloniki City Centre on 08/07 -13:00pm.
Departure from the festival venue on 11/07-17:00pm -Arriving Thessaloniki City Centre on 11/07-19:00pm.
Price is expected to be 30 euro return / 20 euro one way (Thessaloniki)

MARKET APPLICATION PROCESS

Please include the typoe of product you wish to sell and if there is availability for a licence we willl forward you a form to complete and return to us.
The price charged depends on:
•the number of days you wish to be at the festival (Friday- Sunday (full day) / Monday (half day)) total 3.5 days for the max rental duration
•the dimensions of your stall
•the product you wish to sell i.e. food or drinks etc (each product requires a different renting licence)
•the number of stuff running the stall i.e all staff will need a festival ticket on the current prices |
