depends on the mood. usually a bit too squeeky (hux flux) and sometimes a bit too goa (logic bomb) though i am yet to hear their new album which i heared supposed to be a masterpiece.

Logic Bomb will release a track on the compilation "The Crystal Skulls" which is a sequal to the "Twelve" project of TIP. (yay!!)
and a track called "drop Out" on a compilation called "Electronic High 2" by Solstice Music.
as for the album - I have no idea. yet.. :)

My opinion about hux-flux is that he have no clue
about electronic music... The man has a weak style:)
Logic bomb - I am not their fan (let's say so) :)

Cool to see so much variety in trancers' tastes...
In contrary, i love both hux flux and logic bomb. And i do group them together too (such as the subject suggested)
LBomb's album 'headware' rules, it's been a favourite for a couple of months now - i dig the combination of scritchy, scratchy, warbling psychedelic tweaks over the top of well tuned, and almost fluffy, but never with extra cheeze, melodies.
Definitely an act that comes to the forefront of my mind when one asks 'who's the your favourite?'

IMHO Logic Bomb need more power in their track, more screaming sounds. I love Tranan's work on the other hand. |

from a DJ standpoint, hux flux really pisses me off... all their greatest tracks break out of the 4x4 rhythm with regularity so they are extremely hard to mix properly... but the music is TOP NOTCH so i keep doing it anyway! whereas some people like a bit of huxflux or logic bomb, i like just about all of their released work [unreleased is a different story]. plus they're old school computer nerds, so respect!! ;) |
