This is all a conspiracy, or a mega-trip.
Mindblowing indeed.
RIP(just in case)           We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love... and then we return home.

So HST is immortalised in psy trance....

At the risk of sounding like a tune spotter, I found a serious dose of samples from Fear & Loathing in "Adrennochrome" by Safi Connection on Spirit Zone - The Singles Album

I read somewhere he was good friends with Hemingway, who also took his own life. Maybe- for some reason, he just wanted to go the same way his buddy did..

better like this than to some cancer..... for sure

Respect HST.... sleep in adrenochrome soaked peace !! !!

I'm not sad. Why should we be sad?
I love the man (I don't know him personally), but I am not sad he ended his life at all. Of course, it is sad he felt the need to, but if he did, there is no better way.
I still love and respect you, Gonzo.           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

Doesn't say anywhere anything about them being friends..           "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

i think HST saw the world a lot more blatently than most people and probably as said before, did not like where it was going.

that or the fact that he lived a very long and FULL life. i dont think he thought he could ever top some of the things he had seen / done in his lifetime. the best was for sure over for him. his health was failinng and he was suffering from a broken leg at the time. i just think someone like that didnt want to die at like 89, all decrepid and old. i think maybe he was just like: "ok, ive seen it all, theres nothing more for me to do here." and he killed himself. maybe to see what lies beyond?

anyways, H.S.T. rest in piece. you may be gone but your inspiration and sheer genius will live on forever.

This thread is not about "suicide : its causes, its outcomes.." but a tribute to a person who have indirectly influenced some Psytrance artists.. Using spoken words as samples in some of their tracks.

So please, stick to the subject.. Nobody in this particular thread do care about your opinion about the sadness, stupidness or whatever of suicide.

Thank You.
