Hard to say, but I hope the norwegian scene will pick up soon too... there's a release party in Oslo 1st june with PhasePhour releasing their first 12", so I believe thing are starting to happen ...

There are a couple of swedish djs playing at the release party as well
I think someone should organise a big outdoor party somewhere with a couple of top notch acts and spread the word efficiently...
There are alot of trance lovers here, but everyone listens to the euro/pop trance shit...
Maybe we would see alot of people "converting" to the serious side of trance... |

I'm not going though... Have to stay at home
and read for my exams... 
I also live 500 km away from Oslo, so I'd have to spend the entire weekend, and alas I can't afford that right now... |
