you notice when you can level down your subjective perspective, and be more objective,
the more objective you become about releases the more you become an expert,
at a certain point you even can admit that releases you actually dislike and hate are pretty good made and pefect intilligent psytrance,
if you become in that state of mind,
you are becoming an expert,
but you can never be an 'expert' cause the subjective will always be present no matter how or what !

I think some people are confusing experts with geeks. The difference being that an expert can still 'feel' the music while a geek has analysed everything beyond recognition and is too busy trying to hear when a delay will come out of time.
I'm quite glad to be a noob because Istill have so much beautifull music to discover.
@kArO - You don't need a fart expert, have a bowl of half boiled lentils and you can fart a full length live set

you will never know that you are a psytrance expert & if by any chance the day you know that you are a psytrance expert, you will lose the opportunity to become a psytrance expert, because you never stop learning something new, hence never reach the level of expertise....
this is what i believe....
