First of all, u will not need sooooo much money...some Gs (Dollar Gs) are already enough and second and worst part of it....Distribution, distribution is the worst part of the business
....I know at least 1000 stories about labels getting no money from distributors!

personally I wouldn't want to start a label. making a business out of it would make you loose the love for it in the long term.
same goes for many artists who can't just hear trance at home for fun. (same goes for me.. well more or less )

Well i am burning pretty much for this lifestyle and i have been doing it for over 6 years now i dont think i will get bored or tired of it even if i started a label since i have always had loads of new music in my case
Maybe u know something about the cover? where do i print it?

but lets say after you reach the river it won't be a problem to cross it.. all those details are small details that can be found out by few phonecalls to ppl who done this before.
so as Boris said, money is the most important thing here.
but you also need to have a lot of patience. as a label you'd probably will get flooded with music from many artists. some good, some less good, some worse. and all of them will call you day and night asking "did you hear my track?"

I guess u can print out the covers and stuff in printing shops (batey dfus). I can help in that if u want (designing).
