sylenth is a good one, add some distortion, play with release, make sure the notes aligned correctly, lots of compression, the right eq.. velocities should matter as well.

Let me post something that really helps you... instead of the already pointed and very useful thread.

First you have to notice you have various bass sounds there... there is the plucked one, a more open one and the hover like sawy.

Basic groove is cheese... like Kick and bass on the offbeat and the bass variations in the last quarter of each bar.

The main bass is not that great but the whole groove is created with the bass variations and other incidental sounds, like chords and stuff...

So, get various sounds and arrange creatively you'll get ass shaking basslines like this in no time.

Booooooooom.

BTW. I dislike Waio very much.

If you use sylenth1, route the mod envelope to cutoff AB and tweak until you get this "glide" approach.

No offence but this track has 0% swing and is very static. I'm a big protestor to the regular offbeat bass
