Howdy Dudes Dudettes,
I was wondering how is the scene in BH-MG, I am arriving in two weeks and i definitely want to meet cool people, cool places, and discuss about local music production and stuff.

I belive that the "scene" in Bh is the second biggest "scene" in Brasil, some very nice parties like Enzime and Connection. Nice and warmful people.....

The BH scene is very nice but getting worse...too many people not understanding what is all about.

yes..bh scene is very nice at this moment many nice and big partys happening..many local djs n nice live acts made in this town...the scene is in non stop evolution since the year of 2000..n now its huge...come n see ..(time =art) BH will rock more n more..let the babes come hehehhe |

i think good djs not eqaul good parties...
there are a lot of good artists comeing here.. many full on killa sound.. not my type..
but i think the parties are becoming (and this discution is not going to end.. so not to be start it.. ) just like night club parties.. parties for money..

Why dont stop complaining and start to make yourself free parties !!!!
Yeah... I think you should bring world top artists for free, it should be easy no????
I just keep wondering... Why nobody had this great idea yet!!! Top artists at free partys!!!

but what about the progressive scene?

I agree with DJ Gui and i'm shure that BH has the biggest scene in psytrance! and still growing up... but if we talk about progress it doesn't existis! But I believe in that city!!!and like said Corone':

Hey Maqueite and Hum Chicchan, Progressive dj's exist here in BH but no one give them the oportunit to play :/
Other: Morning DJ's play in the night and Night dj's play in the morning
Other: People don't enjoy Chill Out and because of that partys finish out of time ( early )
BH is Growing and Growing, partys like CONNECTION, CHEMICAL CREW, and other to come, proove that !!
ONE THING: I MISS A LOTTTT THE VIBE OF THE PVT PARTYS !!

morning dj´s at night ? night dj´s at morning ?
Do you really know how to describe what is morning music and what is night music?
The dj´s hv in their faces something wroted like "Im a morning dj" or "Im a night dj" ?
from what i know, the good dj´s knows how to play at any time, but sometimes they hv his own taste or style or speciality and them they prefer to play in some exactly time... here in belo is really good to see that who ever play at night, they try play only night music, and who ever play in the morning, they try play
only morning music... if is diferent them that, maybe i didnt saw this guy playing here yet, or maybe i dont live here, lol.
let´s give an example: only because i prefer play in the morning in open air parties, this means that "i´m a morning dj" and them i cant play at night? Noo !!!
people that dont enjoy chill out ?
hey "Thor", are you sure that u really lives in BH ?
i remenber really well in Enzyme party that people was there until late in the afternoon, and was only possible that because there had a not so big but nice and confortable chill out with nice djs, them people went there to rest, smoke,etc... and i can say here also any other ones with nice chill out and etc. Not at all parties people stay to long cause maybe the chill out has not so good set up and stuffs , but i know here many people that really likes chill out and try make this grow up since long time, like Soma crew....
Progressive dj´s exist here but no one give them oportunit to play??
Is not only about oportunit , is also about get respect and your space in the scene, and for that u must work hard mate ...
since i know we hv now just one progressive dj thats is Ló, and this lady just started to play progressive few months ago, and she is playing progressive in few parties here that i can see... One year ago or more we had some really killer progressive dj that was Mob, but now he is only inside his studio trying to make our first progressive live act from belo, still dark sounds but with low bpm, perfect for
how many private parties did u went in your life here in belo ? we just got one this last week , that was really nice but people was only looking at the dj´s playing , no one dancing. I can say to you that i really prefer "the vibe" from the big "open airs" here, that everybody dance at lest and try to be connected, enjoying the music...
maybe u can start make some of them and stop to complain... try yourself make one with progressive, also with "morning dj´s" (if this term really exist) playing in the morning and "night dj´s" (if this term really exist) playing in the night, and with a chill out that everybody enjoys...
or maybe u can stop say about what u really dont know...
i really like private parties, so plz start to make it for us!

Sorry friend but i dont agree with your point of view at all.
My advice: "Start make and teach the people here about what u think is right or wrong, and not only come here in the forum to complain about what the others are doing here"... For u hv your space to say something about the scene here try make something and not only complain.
Lot of people are getting PHD in this forum in only complain and not make nothing... (im not talking about you, sorry again , this is in general).
I can say that im really happy with the scene here , cause we are always growing and trying make our best, if not we was not the second biggest scene in Brazil, and we win this title very fast i can say. Cheers BH and big cheers for who makes something here.
When we hv privates , everybody complain and ask big ones, when we hv clubs, people complain and ask open airs, when we hv nice full on, people complain and ask progressive, when we hv ... ... ... ... ... ...
STOP COMPLAIN AND START MAKE SOMETHING PEOPLE, FOR CHANGE WHAT U THINK IS WRONG HERE!
MAKE YOUR OWN PARTY PLZ CAUSE I WANT TO COMPLAIN ALSO HERE IN THE FORUM , LOL! complains , complains , complains , people here is never satisfied!
