how important is a psy environment to complete the experience?

currently living and partying in india , it is very clear that the trance movemnt is more about the people and the music and not so much about the environment, what i mean is having partied in various countries there is a clear difference in the effort and work put intot creating these psy atmospheres, for example the full moon festival or any of the big parties in japan, pweople spend all year preparing decor and other stuff to create the vibe .
here in india it is still very slow when it coems to visuals and decor, howver the vibe at the parties is still very very strong with people shouting screaming and clapping,
so what i wanted to ask is, is it moer important to create the psy atmosphere around us to really transport the party people into another dimension and thus inturn making the party more psy, or is a combination of the right music and people enpough to do the job? i would love to know your oppiononis

Decor and environment always adds to a psychedelic experience. Yes, it is important to create a relevant atmosphere, but i feel its not *the* priority. The priority lies with the music, management and crowd and as this is still upmost in an organisers and party goers thoughts, the rest is slow in developing.
But at the rate India is goin, it wont be very long before all this falls into place. Remember, India is a sleeping giant, but its awake now and when in full stride nothing can compare.

Environment includes people right? In that case, thats probably the most important factor, except for the music. |

Music, Location, Crowd, Decorations, Organization, almost everythings counts. It doesn't mean every thing should be top notch for perfect party.

For me the most important thing are the ppl attending the party...that will be the most important part of the environment...
After that comes the location (it must be outdoors to be a trully psy party for me....some small exceptions happens with great indoor parties but its rare for me...)
After that comes the music...
And very after that comes decoration...
But the crowd is definetelly the big key for me...a small party with small soundsystem but with a great good vibe crowd is much better than a huge festival full of lazers and uv but full of negative smashed ppl... |

Not that important
I think the people and the music is much more important.
Although some good deco can always enhance the party atmosphere.

well if we really want to make something professional and make something spiritual everything is important, the music, the people and the deco for sure - trips trips and more trips.

everything counts ,enviroment is a part of the culture,if the culture have quality with the right principles we need to keep on safe and kind true values then everything becames better ,so a honest effort that comes from the culture quality and works for a better psy enviroment help us to enjoy much more better the music even if looses quality,because if we have a good music without a good enviroment we loose ballance between them, and quality good music looses and sounds no so good without the support of a good enviroment with quality ,wich also needs the right analogy with quality in music...a hormonius ballance between enviroment and music is the keys I think.
