I've uploaded the whole bank, cause they're all quite good sounds. The presets you want is the echofox/echoplex. However, they do need a little tweaking, but not much. 
Thanks for the vanguard presets too, btw.  |

well, really take vanguard, download the isratrance-soundbank and choose preset "Squelch +0"
with vanguard the sound is pretty much more flexible than with the "squelchstuff"-vst
you will have much better results!
