Horns and Hoofs Entertainment is a new label pool uniting Russian artists all over the world into independent record company, and gives them a chance to acquaint the wide crowd of psychedelic music lovers all over the planet with their own perception about the Russian Sound of Today.
This debut compilation compiled by all participating artists them self and its represents their mission and their vision in, out and through the current Russian psychedelic Techno Music Scene. All tracks are previously unreleased (*) and exclusive for this compilation.
We Wish you a Fun Da Mental Journey through the native blend of styles and directions.
Short info on participating artists:
Fuzzion (Moscow) – without doubt one of the most known and leading Russian projects in the genre, with previous releases on such labels as: Boshke Beats (Canada), T.I.P World (UK), Hadshot (Germany), MDMA (Israel), Z.M.A. (Greece), Tatsu (Germany) and more… On this compilation they are with their outstanding “Out of Order” track, which can be specified just in a few words: Trance of XXI Century!
Neoris – also from Moscow and one of the biggest future hopes for Russian Psychedelia, already with previous releases on Hadshot (Germany), Phantasm (UK), BOOM (Netherlands).
There is 2 tunes here “Main Program” and “Nepal Strangers”, which is definitely can be described as their highest artistic achievement till the moment. Nordic atmosphere with very powerful rhythms and drenching you sonically with their psychotropic cocktail. Refresh!
Weird Walker (Moscow) – a newcomer, with really original sound and already with previous release on Organic Records (UK). His unique fat basslines and live percussions makes anybody who heard his tracks before to beg for more. Flowing with chaos on one way to infinity he delivers here an ultimate progressive stomper “Railway”.
Metalogic – the Russian secret agent in Toronto (Canada), already 3 years official dj of Boshke Beats Records, where he is also signed and for whom he is creating music mainly.
On this compilation with his “Titan XP”, tekk-trance distorted crusher with science fiction fx from beyond…
Neogen (Moscow) – another hope for Moscow scene, whom just released his track on Hadshot’s “Red Square” compilation and already signed another to Z.M.A. Greece.
Here he is with his more progressive shaker “Pochinite Radio” (Fix the Radio, russian). You better keep you transistor system ready as this minimal animal is going to hunt you fast!
Cybered (Moscow) - again new name and this is the debut Cybered release, 2 tunes here:
“Devil and Angel” - an aggressive full on night banger, rides go and back over the consciousness, ultimate party tool for any dj! “Saturator” - same receipt but different ingredients, makes this track delicious even more, as a missionary sets and fits something completely new in Russian Future Trance!
Vintakrut - another Russian boys on their mission and this time in San Francisco, California. “Adult Entertainment” one of the most interesting and experimental blends existed between psychedelic trance and new school breaks, still remaining the fantastic fairy tale atmosphere and its full function danceability in the same time! You never heard something like this Before!
Triple Distilled- is a project of Dj and Head of A&R of Boshke Beats Records - Alex Tosltey. Alex staying in sunny Spain but originally he is also from Russia. For “Fundamental” he distilled and contributed his debut track “Condemned Tango” which ends the first Horns and Hoofs compilation as downtempo groover filled with electro static feeling and cinematic atmosphere.
