Hello there,
I think it's time i responded to you about the current subject.
All of you have to understand that we ship the order as soon as we get it processed.
We care about our customers and we want to sell as many CDs as possible to anyone who is intrested.
However, there are a few things to take into consideration:
1. Sometimes the CDs are posted for sale before official release date
so we can gather up a pre-sale of the CD and than ship it all in one day.
2. Sometimes the fault lies within the mail/custom services for delaying a shipped package (especially in Brazil).
3. We answer every e-mail that is sent to us BUT you are not sending them to the right address.
Sonic Wave - please don't send e-mails to my ISRAtrance/Forum mail as i am not checking it too often.
All mails regarding delayed orders should be sent to yaara@websense.co.il with a 'CC' to eyal@hommega.com
4. Hod Gavriel - there is no connection between the release dates of HOMmega CDs
to the shipping of an online order of them. I am stumbeling along a lot of negative vibes
from you on different HOMmega posts in this forum and all i can tell you is GROW UP!

I didn't mean no disrespect to any of hommega crew.... i believe you're honest people and you're doing your job properly...
However, if i had received the same message you posted here in my personal e-mail, i wouldn't have created this topic... i apologize for any inconvenience i may have caused to you....
I hope you understand my position as a costumer looking for his rights... I did e-mailed you 3 or 4 times and only got one reply that didn't explained much...
I'll be waiting for your position and thanks for your concerning...
