I've bought one cd at hommega's website, at may the 26th.... I havent received it yet... I've emailed them 3 times already and they only replied me once, not explaining me why I didn't get it...and my credit card has been credited already with the exactly amount of the cd....
I'm so upset that i decided to let everybody here know about it... DO NOT buy anything from that website or you'll be deceived as I was....
I don't think that is a proper way to do business... and I feel realy sorry about it... cause it is one of the biggest psy labels in the world, they should have more respect towards their costumers...
hope that doesnt happen to anyone!!!

eeey man i have the same problem
on may 25 i ordered a copy of sub6-who need love songs, today july 15!!!! i havent received anything ,i mailed this guys and didn't replied me, and yes they charge to my bank acount the amount of the cd!! soo please somebody from hommega tell us whats going on!! cause this is not the way to do bisness... |

yeah man!!!!!!! that's the same cd i bought.... thanks god i bought it here im brazil as well... otherwise I wouldn't have it...

Don't worry man...
The cd will come.
And if it was billed, it surely was sent.
The problem we have here specifically in Brazil is our customs.. Bloody Federal Customs for Imports.
They may delay it from 15 days up to 2 months...
And if they don't get messy, it will eventually arrive.
If they get messy... prepare to recieve a 60% + taxes bill payable at the Mails Office. |

i never got delays with hommega...sounds really strange
could depend on international delivery
in israel you get it within couple of days.

imo, when you buy stuff (cds, books etc) from international shops, there is always the risk of ur cd getting lost!
let me explain, the people who run these sites are professionals and they would get into really big legal trouble if they charge you and do not give you the service. Trust me, they must have systems where they need to show invoice for every online transaction to the bank to get the money.
Now, when the cd arrives at your country, if the customs delay it then its your bad luck. Also, once it comes to your country, its upto your local post-office to deliver it properly, if the postal service is bad, then again you could get into trouble.
I've ordered a couple of times on psyshop, amazon etc & everytime, i keep my fingers crossed....and i've not lost anything (thankfully)

I think the problem is not the delay itself, but the way they deal with it...
They don't seem to worry or care to much about it... that's my main point here...
I always buy stuff at chaosunlimited and they're always concerned about the negotiation... they write me and come after me to make sure everything is fine...
that didnt happen with hom-mega... that's what pisses me off the most... they should at least show a bit of respect and concern about their costumers.... |
