I've heard a few nice tunes by James Holden and i've stumbled upon his album at Discogs.com
Anybody heard it and can recommend?

Heard it and recomended it on Psy-Forum.co.uk
I think it's great, Diverse and different which is always good  If you liked Trentemoller - The Last Resort / Tipper - Surronded you we like this album...
Phat Analogue sounds with great buliding hidden melodies. can be a bit to tecnoish to my liking but then again this is quality imho

well... i didn't like Trentemoller album and i prefer this one much more. There's nothing to compare imo, but you know, it's all a matter of subjective feelings. I found more some kind of nathan fake atmospheres in trentemoller album.
In this one i feel more personnal technics and personnal world. I still don't care if it's danceable or not, nevertheless, i joint Tasos_NOtrea to say that it's probably too much "burning chaotic mind" music for me, even if it's impressive.
It's my first opinion, i'll listen to it more and see what will happen
Opinion is something between knowledge and ignorance. |

its kinda chaotic..theres times when i pretty much enjoy it.
but others when i cant listen 2 mins of it!
anyway its an interesting release for sure!
