i would also recommend www.schizoid.in
they have a psytrance channel along with progg and ambient channels - all 3 are pretty slick

.

as for who to listen to, find an artist you like and try and see other acts from the aforementioned artist's label - always a good way to find similar music

also look up the reviews section - it should help a little bit. you could even try your hands at listening to different mixes @ the dj section to figure what kind of music you like the most - the dj sets vary from chilllout and proggressive to some crazy dark music
