Hi there lovely people from Brasil, i am a producer i have been making psy for about 2.5 years and just now i decide to make 1 year not working and fully making music. So i am trying to decide which country to go were i can get cheap and natural accomodation were i am relaxed and can concentrate on the music. Could you please tip me on how much it would cost for accomodation in a nice natural habitat and how much food would cost in Brasil. I am really interested to come there!

Hi m8!

Our currency here is about 3 for each us dollar, so you may find it interesting to live here.

The prices range varies from town to town and from region to region.

What kind of nature ya like most?

Sunny beaches, cold mountains or dry country places?

If the answer is sunny beaches I can give you an idea on how things go over my city and surrroundings.

Hi man, so you want a nice place to chill and rest your mind so you can do music right? I give you a tip where you can live with no worries from big and stressful cities (yes, we also do have those ones around!): Go to Bahia man, the state is all made for this cases when you don't wanna worrie about anything. Full of desert beaches,if you want to stay longer, you will rent a place for one or two for about 50 / 60 dollars a month, if you come in the summer is a bit more expensive ( around 100 a month ). To eat, if you cook, you can buy food for the hole week including vegs and pastry for about 10 dollars, but if you want to eat only on restaurants eating some nice fresh fish and fish mash with rice you pay between 3 and 5 dollars for a full meal that will feed 4 europeans or 2 brasilians ( cause we eat a lot, hehehe) if you want more tips about cities and anyother thing feel free to contact me: cortexvisual@gmail.com
I make music, visuals and I play drums also, living in Belo Horizonte at the moment but for sure I will spend holidays in Bahia. Hope this help you a bit, have a nice time!!!!

Man, let me tell u that in Bahia there isn't MANY parties, yes, for sure it is a nice and beautifull place, and in the new years eve they have the best festival nowdays in Brasil, but if u r looking for parties with international artists every weekend u should go to São Paulo....Or maybe u can try Santa Catarina wich is a VERY BEAUTIFUL place or B.H. And can also come to Rio that i'm sure u already know!!! Eitan had gave u a great advice....Teresopolis is a great place, calm and some days cold, with nice people living there!

Have a nice trip...

hi there buddy, if i may i would suggest you to come to santos, a city nearby the sea, and close to sao paulo (70 kms). sao paulo is the place to be (not exactly, this is why i suggest you to come to santos ). one may say that belo horizonte is this, rio de janeiro is that, but in the end sao paulo is the place (no "bairrismos" here guys)

if you want to know more drop a msg... cheers, ric           Bhavatu sabba mangalam

Mmmm thanks everyone but i am still in the blind in a way cause now i cannot decide which part of brasil i go! i am not sure yet because all i want is a beautiful house in the nature and a place not far away were there is a trance scene...from your answers i think it has to be near Sao Paolo i think but if you have better ideas tell me, my budget is $200 per month maximum!

Thanks a million lots of love and laughter coming your way

If you'll be starting your trip in the summer, Bahia is the place.

There are other options as well, as ma lil island:
