Well, AFAIK the Live album was cancelled since Simon decided that he didn't get the tracks up to his perfectionist standards in any recording from a live act. Last interview he said he's giong to work on a few more tracks and that the third hallucinogen album isn't what he feels like working on.
Hopefully, I'm wrong.
And the singing in Divine Moments of Truth was generated from a mac text2speech program, and then filtered (rumor has it that Avi Elgranati was the one who did the filters/vocoders on it). Raja Ram has nothing to do with that.

BTW - The singing in DMT sounds completely different if you listen to it with a good headphones.
I tested it with Senn HD25 today, and it was much much better (than it already is).

You might check out "Unusual Suspects" which is heavily loaded with the new Simon tracks, and youcan also wait for the upcoming compilation that is compiled by Simon and it's about to be released in Twisted.

every single track on the unusual suspects is simon and someone isn't it? he may not have done any new hallucinogen stuff, but that's his solo project and as long as he is still producing i'm not really fussed  . apparently there is a younger brother album on the way (half simon) and after the genius of tracks like dwarves ("i don't like to work unless its for something groovy" right on!) i can't wait for this!

almost every single one tom. actually more like 6 out of 9.
but wait a couple of months, because there's the upcoming mixed comp "Twisted Sessions Two: Simon Posford" the follow up to the Tristan disc.
And on the same interview Asaf commented on, Simon says there are plans for a new Celtic Cross album with Youth, so ppl should look out for that one too.

just thought about it... simon posford didnt do any new album for the last i dunno... quite a while i think (as hallucinogen), there is ofcourse the shpongle project but i'm looking for some new psy here !!!
even if he's not doing anything new in that area, his spirit is always with us ofcourse (like the gama goblins rmx by gms etc etc)
but still...
anyone know whats going on with new album/projects from simon?

It says on the Twisted website that he is working on an album with Merv from Eat Static due to be released in July, so I'm looking forward to hearing what that will sound like...
And there's of course the Younger Brother album A Flock of Bleeps which will be out in May it seems... |
